Cuidado con esta pagina pedí 12 cosas y me dieron un código de seguimiento para todos, pasaron los 45 dias para poder reclamar por paypal pero como tenia el numero de seguimiento pensaba que no habria problema. A los 2 meses me llega el paquete solo con 1 cosa no responden a mis quejas. Son unos timadores los chinitos estos.

It's not real phone characteristics- real mtk6572 and 512mb ram. Support did not want to return money nor receive their fake phone.

I had bought this eyeshadow , blusher and brushes set from buyincoins site...with the tracking facilities its an add on.I have fallen in love with quick delivery time and quality of the product.None of my eyeshadows were in broken condition.I m surely purchasing from here again!!

Ho fatto 4 ordini su buyincoins, due dei quali li sto aspettando. I prezzi sono veramente accattivanti e controllando altri siti cinesi ho trovato gli stessi prodotti a prezzi maggiori. La qualità degli oggetti è accettabile, alcune cose a mio avviso sono particolarmente buone e convenienti. I tempi di spedizione sono abbastanza lunghi e perlomeno deve passare un mesetto abbondante; oltre ai miei ordini singoli, ne ho effettuati due con il mio ragazzo e li si sono verificati i problemi. Abbiamo pagato per la tracciabilità, ma quando si supera una certa quantità di oggetti tendono a fare più di un pacco e nonostante provengano dallo stesso ordine, solo uno porta il numero di tracking. Morale della favola i due pacchi con il codice sono arrivati, quelli senza facenti parte cmq dello stesso ordine no.
Devo dire però che il customar care è molto efficiente, hanno sempre risposto alle nostre mail nel giro di un giorno e si sono mostrati disponibili, difatti alla nostra richiesta di rimborso hanno ottemperato senza opposizioni. In conclusione posso dire che il sitp invoglia a prendere tante cosine e volendo si può fare, considerando sempre la piccola incognita del "se arriverà" (tipica dei siti cinesi)

Bad experience, they have sent me the wrong item. I re-ordered the item I wanted and specificaly remarked to please send me the item I ordered this time, but unfortunately I received the wrong item again! When complaining I learnt that delvering wrong items is a common policy for Buyincoins. They ship a lot of orders on daily basis and because the items are not expensive you have to accept this. I have asked for a free delivery of 1 item for which I now already paid for 2 times but never received. Buyincoins say that this is not possible because they cannot guarantee that I will receive this replacement???!! They only offer less than 1/2 the price of only 1 items in coins. Useless because I do not intent to order anything again as it is common for them to send other items than the ones you order!
So my experience: bad deliveries even worse service, no intention of resolving mistakes they make.

I purchased a faulty tooky t86 from this website.
I sent it back via standard post for repair to the address they provided me with, and kept the receipt. I did not send it via tracked post because the cost of doing so would exceed the cost of the phone itself.
Of course, Buyincoins claims to never have received the phone. I opened a case with New Zealand post, who sent not one, but two letters to the address Buyincoins originally provided to verify their address, and gain confirmation from them that the item never arrived. Of course, Buyincoins claims neither of them arrived either.
Hence, they have both my money and the phone and I have been emailing them consistently, even sending them a photo of the receipt to prove that the parcel was in fact sent. I have received a mixture of "Claim a refund from your post office" which cannot happen unless they respond to the two letters sent to them by NZ post) which I have explained to them, and "we can only refund you once we receive your parcel"
Which, of course, they are unlikely to admit receiving.
Avoid this website at all costs - or at the very least ensure you pay with Paypal so if something goes wrong you are able to claim back your money!

I bought from them several pieces of different Micro SD HC Memory Card TF Card and they were all defective. They didn't want to replace them. Waste of money and time for conversations with them,

I bought from them a sport camera. It came broken, I returned it to them and since then, over 6 months, i wasn't able to receive from them the all money back. The fraud customers and you can't trust them at all.

i been a user of buyincoins for over 2 yrs and last purchase was unbearable even thought there's always problems buying from them but they are willing to replace the item. bought a kitchen tap with deep scratch and it's made of plastic. unwilling to refund even unwilling to pay for the shipping fees of having the defect item. worse is the are only willing to refund $2 over any $50 item. if you are gonna use buyincoins, please remember to place a paypal return policy once the shippment took more than 10 day.

Mein erster war auch mein letzter Kauf auf dieser Webseite. Ich habe ein Tool bestellt das aus dem eigentlichen Tool und einem kleinen Inbusschlüssel besteht. Geliefert wurde nur der kleine Inbusschlüssel, das eigentliche Werkzeug fehlte. Nach Anfrage wurden auch von mir Fotos verlangt und mir das 3/4 des Preises in Coins! als "Kompensation" angeboten. Auf meine Frage ob sie den das Tool jetzt senden würden wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine manuelle Nachsendung zu gefährlich sei (könnte verloren gehen!) aber ich könnte ja noch einmal bestellen (noch mal 1/4 des Preises drauflegen).
Wirklich unglaublich diese Abzocke! Nie mehr Buyincoins, da schmeiß ich mein Geld lieber aus dem Fenster oder gebe es einem Bedürftigen auf der Straße als die China Abzocke zu unterstützen.

After ~30 small orders I bought a phone at their website. It didnt arrive, but customer service always responded to my messages within 24 hours and refunded my purchase today. I didn't really expect it to be that good, especially after having to deal with other chinese webshops CS. Only thing is that you have to keep your messages really basic since the BIC staff uses some kind of translating tool, or maybe their english just isnt that good,
Anyway, they have fast shipping, low prices and really helpful staff in case of problems. Even after this hickup, still one of the best chinashops for me.

Altijd alles thuis ontvangen tegen een minimale prijs, 1 keer problemen met een product gehad maar zonder probleem kon er een overeenkomst worden gesloten tussen mij en BIC.

The store is rather good in variety of goods and its prices comparing to other China shops and marketplaces. The only significant downside is that delivery to Russia takes unbelievably long.
My last 2 orders took 2 moths each to be delivered. This could be blamed on Russian Post (which is widely hated for systematic exceeding of all possible delivery times) if only the items I ordered from other China stores at the same time didn't come in about 3 weeks.
I guess next time I'll order from BIC only if something's really cheap and I don't have any necessity to receive it within 2 months.

Buy in Coins say you have a thirty day guarantee, this is not true.
I bought a battery charger from them and it was faulty, so I emailed them in order to arrange it's return. My email did not even get a response, they do not care they just want your money.
So buy from them at your own risk, because there is no guarantee that the item you buy will be any good. It might be better to look elsewhere, as I am still stuck with a useless charger.

I must have ordered 50+ items from this seller, and everything has been received, had a couple of faulty goods which were resolved amicably (an almost full refund, with no need to return) However most of my orders are low tech stuff.
I recommend, its as good as eBay ! :-)

Ordered phone from buyincoins.com. Product description indicated several languages: English, Russian, French, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese. Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer.
Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy.
False product description, no exchange, no refund. Only deception.

Sent me a defective tablet. and only managed to recover some of the money by using the paypal complaint.

I ordered 18 different items on Dec 13 2013, they dispatched on Dec 19 2013 except one item due to lack of stock. I received Package in 20 days few days ago.
When I opened the package 4 of ordered items were not in the package, but there were 4 other items in the package which I have NOT ordered. I wrote messages and send photos of those different items. They asked me what was the package weight, I told them what was on the post office receipt, also shoot a photo and send it to them.
on the order information in their website One of the ordered item shown as sent ( with the tracking number) but when I asked them they told it is split dispatched without tracking number.

Since now I have made 9 orders from this website. In every order I have faced problems. In one of the orders I have order an anemometer, when I received it ıt was not working
This website is always problem, especially priced over 20$ items.
