Nightmare Order and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered 75" Samsung The Frame and after the first one shipped was destroyed in transit, received the replacement. Checked it upon arrival and it turns on and looks good. Installed on the wall in our renovated house and it starts off working well but gets into a power cycling on and off making the television unusable. Call Samsung and Buydig where they both blame each other for various issues; Buydig claiming Samsung needs to repair the TV and Samsung telling be that the TV is not under warranty. This process started 11/12/2020 and is still unresolved 3/17/2021. Both companies have failed miserably in their responses and I consider this purchase a total loss at this point after spending 15 hours total time on the telephone trying to get a resolution. Buydig has promised they had contacted Samsung to make things right which was a total lie. Have plenty of emails and recorded phone calls to back up. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG.

I ordered on a Monday and my item was scheduled to arrive the following Monday, I emailed and asked if I could expedite shipping somehow as I needed the item by Saturday to fulfill a previous obligation. The told me they would try their best. Awhile later I received a tracking update stating the delivery was estimated to arrive 2 days earlier than quoted prior. And it did! Got it delivered in time for the gig with hours to spare! I don’t know how they did it but they came through in a big way! The item is perfect and shipped beautifully packed. Class A outfit. I recommend purchasing from buy dig for sure!

Stellar Customer Service
I had a few questions about a product and was lucky enough to speak with Luis. He was personable and knowledgeable. The truly exceptional ability of this man is his ability to show empathy with/for the caller.

They're legit and a quick delivery
So I got screwed by Best Buy.(long story) Was supposed to get this TV from them and they cancelled. I found BuyDig from ebay as I was just looking around to see if there was some around the price I was going to pay with Best buy. Never heard of them, so I Google them to see if they were legit. Saw a handful of comments saying they were legit and had good reviews. Well, here's another one. I got the TV for roughly the same price as I was getting at Best buy, but this time I actually got the TV. And I got it earlier than they said which was fantastic. For my first purchase, this was a great experience. I will definitely go through them again

Customer service provided friendly help
I purchased a record player at a discounted price because it was open box. When it arrived, I saw that the needle had not been properly packed, and it was bent. I notified customer service and received a very friendly reply. They were unable to provide a new needle, so they gave me a rebate to cover the cost. Customer service was very prompt and friendly throughout.

I ordered 4 items from them on Ebay and…
I ordered 4 items from them on Ebay and only 3 showed up. They were a huge pain in the ass to get my money back for the item that they didn't ship because their customer service was too busy circle jerking. They responded to an ebay dispute that all 4 items had been delivered. I had to fight to get the money back I was rightfully owned because none of their customer service could be bothered to check the error in their inventory system. I had to threaten them to get my money back.
Then I returned an item to them and they won't refund me. I had to file a paypal dispute and they "offered" less than 1/3 the full value of the item. I am preparing to file a police report and will go to small claims court to get my money back. I've never had to do this before with any other company.

Bad owners manual!
Received in great shape, manual is not at all good, tiny print and flimsy. Shipping was very slow, when I enquired they said it was a pre order whatever that is. It is working just fine ! Packing was very good.I like it!

horrible shipping method
fedex smartpost is actually pretty dumb. what would take ups a couple days to deliver has taken fedex weeks.
I would have cancelled my order if there had been a way to re-route my package back to the vendor. I guess I have to wait for 5G network/AI to make that happen. till then, I'm going to avoid buydig
