Excellent company

We order a Stihl cordless mulch mower, cordless strimmer, Stihl battery and charger, all arrived really quick and with a lot a excellent communication along the way.
Highly recommend these guys

a servce second to none.

Fab service and staff, ordered a Stihl RMA339C cordless mower, delivered next working day.
Amazing and helpful staff, answered all my queries and requests.
Very professional and highly recommended.
Haven't used the mower yet, but I am confident the support is there, should I need it.

My first visit to Buxton’s

My first visit to Buxton’s and I was very impressed! Prompt service from knowledgeable, efficient and above very cheerful staff.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, had an issue with an item I purchased and it was dealt with quickly and easily. I won’t hesitate to use Buxtons again.

Silky pole saw

Goods arrived as ordered, and in good condition, but was delayed in transit, one day late. This meant that someone had to stay in to receive the delivery, which may have lost us a days work.

I'm sorry to hear that the speed of DPD's delivery did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves on offering fast, very often next-day delivery, so your feedback comes as a bit of a shock.

Always receive my order on time and…

Always receive my order on time and when this time i ordered twice in one day when forgot to put an item on my first order they put it on the same order so didnt have to pay for the delivery ...... little things make a difference thanks :)

Aluminium tree tags

I ordered 100 of these. They arrived very quickly with DPD next day delivery - altho I wasn't in a hurry and would have prefered a cheaper delivery option. They were exactly as described and good value. I wanted them, not to label trees, but to label kayaks in my club's kayak store!
