Just purchased a bush 65," TV have had lg Samsung hisense but this is far better picture quality than those and alot cheaper plus easier to set up don't knock their products until you try them

Products don’t last and reviews on the Argos website misleading.

I bought this from Argos being sold on the quiet spin cycle…. It sounds like a jumbo jet taking off in my house! You can hear the spin from 2 doors down! It’s not lasted 2 years and going to the dump now. The weights in the machine are disintegrating, the noise was even worse than usual this week so we moved the machine to find pieces of it are now falling off underneath the machine itself and it’s probably a danger to my home now. Total waste of money, I will never buy bush again.

Not possible to give zero stars. Purchased Bush electric cooker in March 2024 and within a week, it needed a faulty heat sensor replacing. A Month later new ring replaced, then afterwards a further 2 rings replaced. February this year the main oven broke down and today another visit to replace oven element. Tried complaining to Argos in March 2024 but received no response. Tried again today complaining to Argos and they are stating product out of Warranty and they need an ‘ independent report’ and not from Domestic & General who we took out the product over with. Really unsatisfied about this.

Bush DWSLE 96W dishwasher. Terrible design of lower and upper racks. Top rack is hopeless for wine glasses as they won't stay up safely.The bottom rack even more useless for soup dishes or larger plates- soup dishes won't fit in any of the slots and larger plates foul the washer arm. Previously I had a Curry's own brand dishwasher and interior design & layout was far better and would take all the items which this Bush doesn't. Deeply regret buying this item so lesson is go into a retail outlet to view first which is impossible as it is an Argos owned brand.

Bought my washer a week ago paid £40 to have it plumbed in notice a few defects hours after tryed alsorts to complain bout it , when complain through live chat keeps on asking for order numer n email address ,must of tryed this 8 times or more and its not reconised exsplained bought from argos got receipted got all pictures of defaults caused myself lots of stress and still got nowhere doesnt give an option to send pictures ,what a wast of time big mistake choosing bush thought they was good

So what is support? There is none. Mp3 player where sound intermittent erratic,left then right then stereo then mono. Support asks if my music does that. Asked if they were mp3 files. Also asked if music was in mono to begin with. Support tried convincing me problem was with headphones, and not the socket. I tried 5 headphones all working on other mp3 players, phones. Not working as they should on bush 8gb mp3 player. My money I do what I like , never no more a bush or alba or Argos. Bought a month ago roughly.

We purchased a bush oven in December 2023, not long after purchasing the heating element went- we had to wait a few days for an engineer to come out which isn’t ideal with young kids, after telling them the issue the engineer came with the wrong part so we had to wait again. Once that was finally fixed the light then stopped working. Then when the oven was on the fan sounded like it had come loose and was making a very loud clunking noise. I contacted bush only to be told that as my product is “old” it’s not covered under warranty. It is only 2 years and 2 months old! I would never purchase a bush item again! Absolute waste of money and not even worth the money we paid. A 2 year old oven or any appliance shouldn’t have that many issues with it that quickly!

My TV has said “Temporary Service Problem” for hours.

100% unacceptable. I will never buy an other product from you.

Dont supply spares for broken basketks.
I have a 5 year old fridge freezer. Dropped the door basket where the milk lives while trying to replace after cleaning. Small lugs at side of baskets snapped. Impossible to glue on (ask me how many bottles of milk I have broken) and no spares available. However there are scam websites which pretend they will sell spares. Argos untroubled by this poor service and unwilling to help.
Significant reduction in space available to store food in already tiny fridge freezer, we will need to buy another and thats a waste of my money and our environment.

Absolutely useless product and shocking customer service
This Bush oven has been nothing but a nightmare. The fan stopped working and the oven became basically useless. That alone is bad enough — but the customer service is even worse.
I contacted them for a repair and since December last year they have moved my appointment five separate times. Every single time I arranged my life around their visit, they cancelled or changed it again. No respect for customers, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of responsibility.
Months later I am still left with a faulty oven and zero confidence that they actually care about fixing the problem. Completely unreliable product backed up by a completely unreliable service team.
Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration — avoid Bush appliances. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Brought a BUSH bagless cylinder vacuum and what a complete waste of money zero suction poorly and cheaply constructed...be better off with a dustpan and brush

Purchased a Bush Smart TV. Not happy! Keeps disconnecting from internet. When changing channels there is a long wait. Sound quality poor. Would not recommend!

Had to call about my dishwasher. Agent was friendly and professional even though the process was a bit unnecessary and faff.

Cooker not fit for purpose - excess steam coming from the back when the oven is on. The steam creates condensation on the tiles and then runs down the back of the cooker to the electrics! Cooker was returned. Do not purchase a cooker made by Bush!

I bought a bush tumble dryer yesterday. First the filter for the fluff is at the back of the machine who thought that was a good idea?!!. The second complaint is the dial on the outside of the machine has numbers on, now forgive me for being stupid but I assumed 40 meant 40 minutes to dry your clothes however this is not the case the dryer has to go round to 120 to get hot so you'll have to time your washing because your not going to leave it on for that long. Don't know who created this machine but I wish I hadn't bought it guess it serves me right for buying without seeing but let me tell you I'm not impressed!!

I bought my Bush 58" Smart TV from Argos for £299. Basically I took a punt at it replacing my Panasonic which was just too small. I cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews of this TV.

My experience has been great. Don't get me wrong this is no LG, but for under £300 quid it is an absolute bargain.

The picture is great up to 4K resolution. The sound, although not great out of the box is very good after a few adjustments of the plethora of settings available.

Connectivity over WiFi has been very good. It's maybe dropped a couple of times or been a bit slow to connect but overall fine.

If you read the Argos reviews they are generally excellent. Overall 4.8/5.0.

Design again is basic but quite neat and tidy. Cable connectivity is very good with all modes available.
Make sure CEC is enabled or you might have a few issues when turning your streaming sticks on and off. Took me a while to figure this out.

Overall an excellent TV. I've had it about 7 months so far and it's been great. I did take the extra insurance out in case it was a dud but so far so good.

Ignore the doom mongers go and get one. They are made by Vestel same as most cheap TV's nowadays.

After my Bush TV updated to TiVo, it started malfunctioning constantly. Every time it receives an update, the screen goes completely black—I can only hear audio, like a radio drama. The only fix is to unplug it and wait. This is unacceptable. I’m getting a new TV, and this one is going straight in the rubbish.

Do NOT buy a Bush TV absolutely hopeless so called smart rubbish. Hopeless in every way possible. Should have looked at reviews.
No aspect works well for long.
Persevered for about 9 months now so will skip it. It works but drives you insane so it has to go.

FRIDGE HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY ,WATER COLLECTS AT BACK AND HAS TO BE EMPTIED DAILY. BUSH IS AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE TO MAKE. Clogs up easily .
