Complete SCAM! They do not respond, scam you out of $700 filing fee along with another $300 deposit telling you they will file a trademark to active. They sound like they are out of the country and the website is also a scam. Be aware of this company as they are taking money and advantage of small business ownerss

Tried to scam one of my web design clients saying he MUST pay £370 compensation for an image used on his website. The image however is from my Shutterstock account where I pay for an unlimited downloads package.

Client was worried and was going to pay before contacting me. Isn’t this just fraud? Sending 1000s of emails to small businesses who don’t know any better and see who they can blackmail into paying?

Already reported them to shutterstock but I think this company needs investigating criminally

They employ an employment lawyer who ruined my career and made fun off my family in the making off it

Your so called Picture Rights Department is nothing but a scam to scare companies to cuff up.

They seem to represent some awful people - I am aggrieved as a small business owner who when notified of one use of an image are being fined. Every other image on our website (there are 100s are copyright free) we had one small blip, but no understanding, just threats of court. Shameful. Paid the fee as too scared not to, but really sad that they take on such work. Not needed. A request to remove and an assurity not to breach again would be sufficient to catch the real ones who break rules and not those who are trying to get started with a small business and miss one small thing.

As an ex employee (not solicitor), the company want to pride themselves on being good employers, I can honestly say that this is not my experience of employment & being “let go”. There are good ways of doing this and being kind, however the person (NOT QUITE the top boss of the “team”) needs to have a training course on how NOT to act under these circumstances. She is totally classless, dishonest & one the most rude women I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. In addition my immediate boss didn’t have a clue, she’s too worried about the bosses above her & too scared to stand up for anyone in her team therefore I could never recommend this place for employment, they’re not what believe they are or what they want to be - well in this Department at least!

They will lie at every occasion. Horrendous company to deal with under every circumstance. They think they are better then everyone and they just take the most amount of money they can.

I worked with that same agent on my first visa and she was brillant and completely and straight forward and stuck to the price mentioned and offered her help when needed as she knew we were paying a huge amount already..Then Her company sadly merged with this new one and its a complete rip off as I was Over charged an amount of more than £4000 on top of my actual total £8600 I paid for the visa.. there were 3 to 4 agents working on my file but were not communicating with each other(or maybe their strategy to actually add extra hours to charge another huge amount) and everytime a different agent would ask you the same question that you already responded to the previous agent and when I had only a day left to complete the visa they told me that they had to do additional hours that came up to more than £4000 when they had work on my file for less than 2 weeks... I had to accept it as it was the last day to put forward the visa and the documents or otherwise I would be staying in the UK illegally.
This new company is here to just take all your money..
I wont be using them for my citizenship..
I wouldnt recommend them at all.
I wish the company that agent was wouldnt have merged with this one..

The type of people who don't add nothing to society spending all day browsing sites if there is a picture they can use to blackmail people.

Long story short ! They just suck your money and DO NOT WORK with them.

We wanted to get advise about our situation and they took the money advance and gave an information about totally different subject. I ended up the meeting with in 10min instead of 1h and ask full refund. What I get after long emails only 100£ back.

Threatening and Demands for money to a company to my address, told them it's not a real company etc they do on behalf a company that say I had images on a website, problem is, it's not my site, it's not even in the UK, the letters keep coming, however they do not have a return address on them, probably some sort of trick to say they have attempted but the person has ignored.

The worst lawyer ever. Complete rip
Off. £600 for 3 emails. Very nice person I was dealing with but so awful for billing for just asking if they had heard from home office

Keep sending letters to the wrong address about an image never used, I've ignored as it appears to be a scam
