The environment is welcoming

The environment is welcoming, and I find the team to be friendly and approachable in addition to being professional in their manner.
With my ongoing and some additional treatment over recent months, I have felt valued and respected.

I was happy with my dentist he explained everything to me ..my teeth are the problem so we are working with what we got.for now was given choice

Fabulous dental surgery

Fabulous dental surgery. Experts from reception to dentist. The dentist is so thorough. I cannot fault the hygienist. They go above and beyond in their education and care

Sedation extraction

Update from previous post 2 month ago as an extreme dental phobic

Attended my extraction appt under light sedation, I was terrified, my blood pressure was high and wanted to run away.

Jess the dental nurse was so reassuring and took me into the room to meet Dr Nadeem and Layla the 2nd nurse. They were all so lovely and genuinely cared.

Nadeem inserted the canula in my arm despite my awful veins, I remember them talking through each step and can honestly say I felt nothing at all, vaguely remember them saying the tooth was out, felt like just a few seconds had passed, can highly recommend

Thank you all so much, you were genuine, kind and really lovely

Friendly warm welcome

Friendly warm welcome. The whole process was fully explained and I was checked on at various stages. Maybe felt a little anxious but I was reassured all the way through. Did not experience any pain or discomfort

I didn't like the fact that my visit…

I didn't like the fact that my visit took 5 mins but they couldn't do the filling and I had to make a separate appointment fir that. It is not that easy for me to get to an appointment. I am 87. It just seems that it is an excuse to get more money out of me.

Brilliant service all round

Brilliant service all round from every staff member I meet. Feel really valued and cared for. As an autistic patient, I couldn't recommend them enough for their considerations and willingness to support me on my visits. Thank you.
