I requested that Madison at Buildsafe attended to an urgent item. I was thoroughly impressed within a day or so what I had requested had been completed which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Madison!

So Far this has been the worst service we have ever encountered. We have used NHBC, BLP and Premier which are all far superior.
Main issues have been no inspector bothering to turn up after agreed appointments, Reports not being sent when they should, then being lost. The final and worse experience is trying to get sign off as no one wants to take any responsibility what so ever.
Worse is the additional interest payments we have to pay due to ICW being completely not fit for purpose.

Buildsafe navigated me through a very stressful period with complete confidence and assurance. They remained approachable at all times to answer questions and chase the various parties.
