Erst falscher Artikel, bislang keine Rückerstattung
Ich hatte direkt auf bugaboo.de ein Ersatzteil für unseren Bugaboo Fox 5 Renew bestellt und den falschen Artikel (falsche Farbe) erhalten. Dies habe ich noch am selben Tag gemeldet und den Artikel am Folge Tag zurückgeschickt. Nach nun über zwei Wochen ist die Rückerstattung noch nicht erfolgt, obwohl ich anhand der Sendungsverfolgung erkennen kann, dass der Artikel seit dem 03.04 zurück bei Bugaboo ist.

Pedí unas bisagras de parasol del camaleón 3 y tardaron cerca de una semana en llegar. El transportista no nos encontró en casa tras apenas dos intentos, han ordenado devolver a origen sin previo aviso y sin devolverme el dinero

Ordered from bugaboo for new donkey 6…
Ordered from bugaboo for new donkey 6 and used affirm, got email from affirm saying that the order has been processed and nothing from bugaboo. So called bugaboo who then said they had not received money from affirm and order was cancelled, now affirm are trying to say i still owe them for the product that had been cancelled and they cannot cancel the finance due to bugaboo not sending affirm the money back which bugaboo claim not to have received. Back and fourth on the phone and niether of them know what is happening, all i know is dont use either of them and i wont be paying for a product i have not and never will receive.

I will always be a bugaboo customer. 8 years and three children in and I have no complaints. Car seats buggies and accessories perfect. Replacements are easy and arrive in incredible time. Love bugaboo.

Have no problem with it, only the gummy for tire is showing metal thread. I have traveled with different trolleys, and I think I have experience to compare trolleys. I think durability is one of the best, just need to work on tires gummy by it self disk is good just a gummmy and material that is inside the tires

Por lo general, una vez que el pedido sale de nuestro almacén, el plazo de entrega puede ser de entre 4 y 6 días laborables a través de la empresa de mensajería.

Productos de calidad, rapidez en proceso de compra y gestión del envío, aunque la empresa de transportes pasó la primera vez y no se puso en contacto conmigo para indicar que había pasado teniendo que hacer yo la gestión llamando por teléfono. Deben revisar estos detalles para que la experiencia sea de 10.
