Hi Sarah!
Your daughter's character Budsie is so awesome! Her art for Celestial was amazing and so helpful for our designers, they loved that she drew multiple perspectives of her character! The details on Celestial's hair and outfit made her so unique and an even better Budsie! We're so happy we could bring her art to life, and to hear that she loves it! 💙
Book Character to Plushie!
Budsies creates a high quality product, and I was pleased with everything. They do take a bit longer than other companies, but the quality they offer is priceless!

Hi Paula!
We loved bringing Ollie the Catamus Cat to life! The fuax fur addition was a great choice! Our turnaround times can be a bit longer sometimes since our plushies are handmade and custom made, but we always move as quickly as possible! We're glad you're happy overall with your Budsies experience! Thanks Paula! 💙
Great Service and Design!
Design was on point and down to the detail for the drawing I submitted! Customer service was great! When I reached out for an update on my order they politely referred me to the correct communication link and got back to me within 1-2 days!

My Experience with Budsies
I had commissioned budsies to make a plush of my oc a little bit ago, and for the most part it turned out pretty accurate. The hair is a little off, some hoodie things arent rlly accurate and the proportions are decent but the legs are a bit stubby, for the most part it was pretty good so 7/10

Budsies did a really good job bringing…
Budsies did a really good job bringing my son’s drawing to life. The plush looks very close to the original picture he drew, which was the most important thing to us. They were also very kind and communicative throughout the process. They reached out to confirm color choices, and I trusted their judgment on what would look best, which I appreciated.
There were a few minor issues that made the plush feel slightly unfinished, or possibly intentionally left that way. The hat is very floppy since there is no stuffing inside, and it is only stitched in four sections, leaving openings where fingers can easily go inside the hat. Another point is the star globe staff. Budsies did notify me ahead of time that it would be considered an accessory and required an additional $22 charge, which I agreed to and paid. However, the final result of the staff was a bit disappointing. It is very flimsy and does not hold up like a staff should.
I did purchase the sneak preview and approved the final design, not realizing how noticeable some of these small details would be in person, especially how flimsy the staff is. That said, overall, I am still happy with the finished look of the plush despite these issues.
Most importantly, my kiddo is happy with it too, though he also noticed and was a bit annoyed by the same points. Overall, it’s a lovely keepsake with great effort put into matching the artwork, just with a few details that could be improved.

Hi Jeanne!
Thanks for your review and feedback! We're happy to know that your kiddo likes the way their Magic Snowy Budsie turned out overall! Our designers always do the absolute best they can with each plushie! For the staff, they made it as stiff as possible with it being plush and not a hard material, and for the hat we'll share your notes with our team for the future too! We're honored to have been able to bring Magic Snowy to life. You can always email us any other questions at support@budsies.com. 💙

Would use them again!
My child had a very specific vision and the Budsies team worked closely with us to bring it to life. There were a few small design hiccups along the way, but the preview option made it easy to request adjustments, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was consistent, and they made sure the final plush arrived on time for Christmas. The finished product is adorable, and I cannot wait to see my child’s reaction. I truly appreciate all the hard work that went into creating such a special keepsake and would happily recommend Budsies.

It was delivered almost a month late
It was delivered almost a month late. So know that when you order. Overall, I was pleased with the end result. It seems to be a quality product. The one I ordered was for a birth so being a month late in delivery was not ideal. However the detail was very nice.

Hi Joey!
Thanks for your support and kind words for our team, we really appreciate it!
Your character art of your Antro plant creature was offered great perspectives that helped our designers when making your plush! We're glad you feel that they made your Budsie how you pictured it. 💙
They don't communicate the process or read messages properly. Also, the Budsies are made in China.
I feel pretty scammed, I saw a lot of positive reviews on Budsies and saw how closely they were able to follow references, but unfortunately they seemed to miss the mark on mine. My characters were very simple, and all the proportions arrived very wacky. The pieces of the face are so unprofessionally cut, a child could've made it. The arms aren't even stuffed on one of them, and they feel like they could easily tear. I was also under the impression these were made in the USA, the website itself states they are based in Florida I believe. Nothing against China, but the fact that the toys are sent over there to be made raises some questions. Also, they charge you extra to provide proofs of your plushies, which is a big red flag, it is not normal to do business this way. Other sellers would update you consistently. I also provided a description of how I wanted one of the plushies to look, but they completely ignored it, I understand if they are not able to do it, but they should have communicated that to me. Overall, disappointed. For such a high price, I expected higher quality. I recommend contacting an independent plush maker, they will put more care into the creation of your plush.

Hi Edie!
We're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with how your Budsies of Xiao-Shing and Miu turned out! Our designers and team always do their best to make your plush look as close to your character art as possible! We are based in Florida with designer help overseas to keep quality high and costs down for our customers. Our artists are very talented and work hard to make each plushie by hand. The reason for the Sneak Peek cost is because we want to make sure the time and material cost is covered for our designers if changes are requested! We'd be more than happy to help more and see what we can do to end your Budsies experience on a high note! If you can, please email support@budsies.com, and we'll be happy to assist you from there! 💙
