A brilliant service from Buckles. What could have been a difficult conversation, putting my will & POA together, was handled with sensitivity, clarity and humour. Thank you so much.

Communication was good price was reasonable bit slow but this was due to the buyers but overall very good.

Buckles solicitors are friendly and approachable but cost significantly more in my limited experience. The hourly rate is comparable but covering the cost of delays and administrative errors in legal paperwork made the process far higher than my counterparties solicitor invoice. When challenged, I was also charged for email responses, so stopped questioning to avoid even higher costs. I’m now far more educated and aware on how to go through the same process (which I hope never to do so). I would not recommend Buckles.
