the paint is coming off my Brushi handle and i have hardly used it. I have sent three emails including photos to the company but have received no response.

A scam indeed.

The Guardian newspaper recommended this company. Contact the Guardian to ask why they made the recommendation.

There are other scam operations in the same stable as these crooks, Babyscope for one.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'm going to report them to trading standards as nothing delivered is as advertised, items missing, no customer service whatsoever, phone just rings out no answer, emailing a waste of time, AVOID

Total scam, avoid like the plague. This company doesn’t answer the phone or emails.

It’s impossible to purchase new brush heads rendering a £90 brush useless!

One star is one too many for this shower.

I have a problem with my order, but I get no response from the company. Don't buy this toothbrush unless you want to risk losing your money. I will change my review if I ever get a satisfactory response. (I doubt anyone in the company sees this review. The email address given below bounces back.)

Update - 25/01/25
The brushes are still strong and seem to hold battery for a long time (2 months so far) HOWEVER Brushies customer service is non existant. I never got my extra brush heads and for that reason, once I replace these brushes, I wont be buying them again or suggesting them to anyone. Shame as the design is nice but makes me nervous when something goes wrong that no one replies to emails etc. They basically never sent me the replacement heads.

Ive had the brush for about 3 weeks now and it feels like a good investment... so far (will update in a few months) There are 3 speeds which is helpful and the sleek design is really nice. Its not bulky at all. Comes with a case which says its UV light cleans the heads but I'm dubious about that. Anyway thats an added bonus.

Only problem is that they said that if I bought the brush I would get 3 brush heads. I bought two brushes and only got two per item which is not what it says on their page.

I also noticed that it still says "price ends at 10PM tonight" which it also said that 3 weeks ago. I find things like that misleading and so im starting to doubt the brand as a quick gimmick to push the brush. If its a good brush and people like it then you dont need gimmicks like that.

So between not receiving the extra brush head for both orders and their promotions being a little gimmicky, I give them 3 stars as i dont like feeling like ive been tricked. Otherwise so far the brush feels good.

Some feedback, id say they should offer 2 or 3 colour variations or some sort of marker as you will most likely buy two brushes per household. Also, the small plastic brush head cover is very loose, almost like an afterthought and falls off easily. I would also recommend at least two brush types (medium firm and soft) I find these good for me as my dentist told me to use a soft brush BUT my partner wanted a stronger brush head.

No confirmation email, no reply to my follow up email and no-one picking up the phone. Placed my order on the Saturday 5th Oct - it's now Thursday 10th.

Ordered for next day delivery and no confirmation email, no product 4 days later and order says being processed still
Received brush about 12 days later and not bad tbh .
Only one spare brush means going through the routine again .

Order arrived quick but with missing brush head. Can't contact them, have emailed twice now. Poor customer aftercare

The initial experience of buying the toothbrush was fine. Arrived quickly and I relly like the product. The 1 star reveiw is because I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 months now to buy replacement heads and they do not respond to any attempts to contact them. Have tried using the message service on the website, calling the number provided or by email and no response. The website has been showing the heads as 'out of stock' for the past 3 weeks.
