I got off the phone, finally, and Googled them and found all kinds of filth as you'll see in these 1-star reviews...

SERIOUSLY, BECAUSE THEY'RE OFFSHORE, MY COUNTRY CAN'T TOUCH THEM, AND BECAUSE THEY USE A DIALLER LIKE I CAN GET OFF TE PLAYSTORE, BUT MUCH MUCH BETTER, THEY CAN RING IN ON ANY NUMBER- THEIR NUMBER, A LOCAL NUMBER HERE... THE ONLY WAY OUT FOR ME IS TO GET A NEW PHONE NUMBER MYSELF AND TRASH THE ONE I've HAD FOR 12 YEARS!
