Spoke to Sara, who was knowageble, intelegent, and extremly helpful. This made the purchase easy, and less complicated to order.
10/10

They were great. I ordered next day delivery on a Friday after the cut off and so expected it to be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. They called that afternoon to say this would be the same as regular delivery and they would refund the difference. I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail and fantastic customer service.

Brilliant quick and good quality. Would use again. Thanks

Speedy delivery and excellent follow up service from the customer service team.

Very good service and speedy process of order and delivery. Thank you, it was a pleasure ordering from you

I ordered some tile samples with a view to buy. The samples didn’t arrive, despite me trying to contact the company, I finally got through and was told I was no longer eligible for the discount that was previously available given the amount of time the tiles had taken to be delivered.
I would not recommend this company.

Great service. Tiles were delivered immediately. Those broken on delivery were replaced immediately. Excellent customer care by Laura in the customer service department.

Cheaper buying direct. Delivered quickly.

Samples were easy to order and were delivered quickly. The actual order process was simple and tiles arrived promptly and well packaged. They look great.

Excellent service, excellent product, quite lot of variance in the sizes but that's as they say in the exceptable variance. ( Laura Ashley cottonwood linear).

Could not have been better. Can't recommend them enough. Excellent product, painless fast delivery process and great after sales care.

I bought my splashback in the sale, it wasn't the colour I was going to have but it was such an amazing bargain I couldn't resist! So glad I did, it's made a real feature, fabulous quality and quick service.

Very pleased with tiles. Perfect. Also delivery was prompt and courteous

Great service. I asked for a numbers of full sized tiles which they willing sent me. Having finally decided on the tile it was in the sale and reduced by £5 a sq metre - great! Tiles delivered on time and of a high quality. Thank you.

I've only had sample tiles so far but I'm very impressed with the quality and service.

We needed some tiles quickly to coordinate with some tiles we had already purchased.
I ordered my tiles easily and they were delivered without incident on the arranged date. Great service. Would definitely use again.

Excellent - great choice of tiles, packaged and delivered perfectly, very pleased.

Awesome service, samples arrived in no time very well packaged

My experience with British Ceramic Tile has been excellent. Our new en suite in our loft conversion was due to be completed before Christmas, but things got pushed back and it all got a bit chaotic. Our tiler underestimated how many wall tiles we would need, and I had to order 5 extra tile samples from BCT on the Friday before Christmas. Paying for one box plus delivery didn't make any financial sense, but I couldn't find anywhere else locally where I could get the tiles at such short notice. Samples seemed the most sensible option. The tiles arrived on the Thursday after Christmas just in time for the tiler to finish before New Year. When they arrived, BCT had sent us a full box (6) and not charged normal postage. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this gesture and the fantastic customer service. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family after this experience, the like of which is pretty rare these days.
