I had a payment plan in place for flight tickets, the agreed time to finish this payments was on the 30th of August, on the 15th of August the agent phoned me and requested urgent payment to finish up the process, I then proceeded to tell her that that was not the agreement we had and that I will pay the last of the money in 2 weeks time, I then held up my end of this and paid the final amount on the 27th of August, 3 days before it was due. Then the agent told me I had to wait until end of September for my tickets as they are waiting for promotional fare from the carrier, this was never said before we started the process, in fact the agent told me I would get my tickets a few days after I finished the payment. When I phoned to ask what was going on and I need my tickets as per the original agreed time I was told if I want my tickets immediately I will need to pay more money for that, I then said no that was not the agreement and that I would like a refund, the agent then agreed to refund me, but now she said I have to wait 2 months for the refund, This now puts me in a bad position for my family holiday that I've booked, I have not seen my family back home in over 2 years and this company is jeopardising it. I'm stressed that I will not see any of my money.
UPDATE! I've received £50 refund so far after I've paid £5000 for the tickets, they state to keep £199 per person if I cancelled, not sure why this happens as they have not secured the tickets, so I believe the £995 should not be deducted and I should get my full refund, I'm still waiting to hear back about the amount I can expect after asking atleast 2 times via email(no response) ... any way, about 6 hours after I've posted this I was contacted by Jennifer Robin and was asked about the review, I said that I will contact the police if I don't get my money back, her response to that was and I quote" do you think we are scared of the police!" after that she said" you will now see and we will show you", Not to sure what that meant. I will keep on updating as this progresses on a weekly basis.
UPDATE... So I have now received a partial refund of £1300 after I had contacted the email address on the website. Still no clarity on time line for the rest. been told via email all will be refunded before 16th November, and via a phone call that she will push for priority and get me refunded in 15 - 20 days, not sure what to expect.

Scammers please avoid
Scammers please avoid. That's the only word I can use. I've paid in full for my ticket after agreement of paying three instances , and the lady called Emma wanted me pay more after paying full amount.When I asked why she kept changing story from airport taxes to their own cost as a travel agency. I declined to pay more money. She said that my ticket will remaining pending until I pay that money. When I request for my refund she said she will have to take off £199 on each ticket as cancelation fee. I bought two ticket. Then i ask why do you want to take cancelation fee and you never issue the ticket on top of that I still need a ticket. I never got my ticket or refund. Please avoid this travel agent.

Your booking has not been ignored and your ticket remains within our ticketing process. Due to the ongoing disruption affecting travel through the Middle East, including changing airline schedules, availability, routing and fares, we have been issuing certain tickets with additional caution. Our priority is to avoid issuing a ticket that may subsequently become affected by airline changes or result in unnecessary financial loss for the customer.
When a booking is being paid through instalments, the fare and airline conditions may also need to be revalidated before final ticket issuance. Any additional amount discussed would relate to the applicable fare, taxes or booking conditions at the time of ticketing and is not an arbitrary charge.
We also understand your concerns regarding cancellation charges. Any applicable cancellation or service fees are governed by the booking terms and airline conditions and should always be clearly explained before any action is taken.
We want to reassure you that Bright Travel Services has no intention of withholding either a customer's ticket or funds. Your booking is being handled and our team remains available to work towards the appropriate resolution.
We regret that the communication surrounding this process did not give you the confidence and clarity you expected. We hope that once the matter is fully concluded, your overall experience will better reflect the efforts being made to protect your booking and travel arrangements.

Pathetic Delivery Service from Bright Travel Services
We came across “Bright travel Services” on google and we have had a bad experience with this service provider. We signed up for their services and made our 1st payment on the 12 January 2026, 2nd payment 21 January 2026, and 3rd payment 9 February 2026. We sent an email was sent 1st March to enquire on the balance that was left for the air tickets. Bella Edwards then rang us to inform us that our booking had been cancelled due non payment on the 28 February which was incorrect as the consultant initially informed us that final payment should be finalized on the 20 March.
Bella Edwards kept on misleading us informing that she was trying to secure new tickets for us due to the inconvenience they cause. A week passed by still no ticket where made available to us. We then decided to cancel our journey and requested for a refund due to their inconvenience. When we rang on a weekday we spoke to Frank and he mentioned that the offices for refund team where closed due to the Iran war. I rang again on the 20th of March at 10am and l was informed that Bella & Frank were on leave. I requested for the assistant to get hold of the “refund team” and she mentioned that it was a weekend and l reminded her that it was Friday and it was still with operating hours but she insisted that she cant help with the refund. I rang again on the 23rd March at 10am and l spoke to an assistant and l was informed that Bella was still on leave.
l then requested to talk to Frank and l was informed that he will ring me back. At 3pm on the same day, l rang again requesting to talk to Frank and l was informed that he will ring me. I then request to talk to the manager and the assistant said let check for the manager’s availability and she put the phone on hold for 8 mins until the phone cut off. This service has been pathetic and l would like to know where has my money been allocated too as my air tickets where cancelled and am currently being taken from pillar to post which is unacceptable.
