They are so rude, both to me and my friend who spoke to Mark on the telephone.
They want us to break our local lockdown law which is despicable. No consideration for the fact that we're currently not even allowed to see our own families but happy for us to mix 3 households for a cancelled event even though their website states not to mix 2 households in their properties. Poor policies and atrocious customer service from Mark Byford.
If I was Steve Taggert I'd be disappointed that the staff are portraying his company this way.
The next time we plan a trip to Brighton we will not be using this company.

My daughter book prior to the Covid restrictions in regard to the number of people . She requested therefore a refund as the number of people exceeded the 6 people limit a. This was REFUSED . This money (around£500) was saved by young people for this trip . The options offered by this company included paying more money . They were never supportive and basically just didn’t care

Covid-19 nightmare
Six of us booked before the COVID-19 pandemic (being early birds) for a summer weekend away but we are now unable to go because of lockdown as we are 6 different households (with some of us at risk of Covid). The host has refused a refund which is against government guidelines and has ignored some of our messages. I would avoid using them given most accommodations in Brighton is fully refundable. We go every summer and regret trying Brighton Getaways for this one.
