Brewers Decorator Centres - Worcester Arvostelua

Great Customer Service.
I received a call the day after I placed an order , advising delivery delayed by just one day due to vehicle breakdown. Firstly, it was nicespeaking to a real person and secondly, delivery was far quicker than I expected. Would definitely use this company again.

In February I went to the Brewers branch in Kidderminster. The
service was awful. I am disabled and there was nowhere for me to sit and the two people serving were very unhelpful. In March I needed some multipurpose paint for some external work. This time I ordered on line after taking advice from Brewers Worcester branch. What a difference ! The person I spoke to was so helpful. The paint was delivered directly to my home ( Kidderminster staff did not tell me about this service) A member of staff from Brewers Worcester rang to say the paint would be delivered a day late which was not a problem and they followed my directions for leaving the paint if I was not at home. I was so delighted with the service, I rang Worcester branch and thanked them.
I would definately use this service again. Thank you Brewers Worcester.

Everything sorted and ready for collection, great service!

Really swift online click and collect. Thanks Brewers, you rescued me from dodgy watery paint which I bought from Wicks.

Ordered some specialise paint, they set up 20% discount on 1st 2 orders. Kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything was in place. Can’t ask for anything more.

Online purchase completed quickly and simply, in store staff very helpful and knowledgeable, useful when technical answers are required.

Easy to place order online and items were ready to pick up the same day .
Helpful advice given by store staff regarding the best products to use .

Great communication and friendly service provided by the Worcester team. Initial order was placed by the web but delivery from site was fully communicated and when the driver could not deliver on the day a member of the team brought my paint to my address. Issues with decorator meant paints were also changed swiftly and with a smile.

I would like to commend Will at Brewers Worcester for the exceptionally high level of customer service I received in purchasing my paint. I called first to discuss and he provided guidance and assistance over the phone. Once I went into the store the extra assistance he provided was second to none. He asked questions about the project I was undertaking and offered great advice. Brilliant service . Highly recommended company and special thanks to Will

Thank you for speed and efficiency!
I ordered at 11pm and my parcel came at 9am

Superb service all round. I bought Little Greene paint from Brewers as they were the only stockists in my area, and I have to say the staff were really excellent. They talked me through the colour swatches, different types of paint finish and when, having bought nine (yes, I know!) tester pots, I decided on the colours I wanted, ordering and delivery were faultless.

Special thanks to Jonathan who spent so much time putting up with my indecisiveness.

Well done Brewers, first rate!

Amazing custoner service with a wealth of knowledge which was invaluable to me.

Really helpful staff, went above and beyond, restored my faith after being repeatedly let down by a national DIY chain.

Good products, market pricing, well laid out store and most importantly the staff are cheerful, helpful and know their stuff.

Clear instruction about the amount of paint I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff who was knowledgeable about different kinds of paint as well. Very good suggestion about my paint work.

Delivered to store before the quoted delivery date so I was able to start my DIY project early. Friendly and helpful staff in store.
