Promised next day delivery. If only.
Promised next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Needed paint to finish job that day. On phoning( for the second time, first time they didn’t answer,)found they were holding paint back whilst waiting for a box of filler to come in! And didn’t bother to tell me! Had to drive 45 mins each way to collect paint myself. Very unprofessional. Have now found another supplier I can rely on.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused. Unfortunately, both items had to be ordered in separately, which delayed the delivery. I am sorry we did not communicate this more clearly to you. We understand how important it is to have products on time, especially when you’re in the middle of a job, and we’re sorry we let you down on this occasion. I do hope we can welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Shannon.

First class service
The company phoned me to advice that the product I ordered would take a while to order to to supplier issues but we're happy to supply an alternative that they mark down to the same price, which I was happy to accept, and I could collect straight away.
