faulty product
I felt a little bit hurried along when collecting my prepaid order and in retrospect I wish the assistant had checked everything before I left the shop as the spray product was missing a nozzle and I found it almost impossible to get the paint out. As I live in another town I was unable to return.

We're sorry to hear that you felt rushed when collecting your order and that the spray product was missing its nozzle. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as you were unable to return to the store.
While the missing nozzle appears to have been a manufacturing fault, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you are able to visit us again in the future, we would be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty item.

Ordered for next day delivery to local…
Ordered for next day delivery to local store, went in 3 days later (Saturday) to find it had not arrived, told it would be available for Monday but it was still not there. After complaining to customer services got it on Tuesday.
Staff were very helpful and polite at all times and did their upmost to resolve the problem
