I'm grateful for a quality paint supplier on my doorstep, but horrified at the cost of 5litres of Black shed paint. Sandolin made it - you sell it . £103 for the 5Ls .. what the hell is this cost for - is it a 'new normal' supply + demand equation affected by the Brexit co-ordinates or is it just inflation? Suffice to say I was expecting to pay more like £70 inclucive of VAT.

Helpful to be able to click and collect to be sure all items were available and avoid a wasted journey.
On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see the vast selection of products available. There was a huge range of top quality paints, some on the shelf, some to be ordered. I particularly liked the good sized paint samples which used the actual paint, making it easy to get a true idea of the real colour. The wallpaper book collection was vast. Again, even if it needed to be ordered, it is really important to be able to view the real paper to judge colour and quality. Something that is impossible to judge on-line.
I also managed to pick up other items from browsing the shelves. Nice to see good quality products at reasonable prices.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere in the store was calm and welcoming. A very pleasant experience.

Great range of products to buy in store or order for collection next day. I particularly like the interior/ exterior ranges for wood and plaster/masonary. The store is near-by and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

From order to notification of paint arrival in store was perfect. It would be 5 star if the staff were friendly to customers though. They didn't look very happy at all but did their job well. It was efficient.

The team in branch at Margate were really helpful, explaining the products I needed to deal with some staining on my walls as well as helping me choose the best paint for redecorating my attic room and en-suite.
