More the product really. The colour didn't match up to the colour card. Went back to the store to check the tint had been added and was told the colour would develop as it dried but after two coats and many hours it hasn't. A waste of time and money.

If you're referring to a digital colour card, it's worth noting that these aren't always a completely accurate representation of the final colour once applied.
