I visited store looking for a certain brand of caulk, Phil couldn't do enough for me, to the point I got 2 tubes of said caulk that a rep had dropped in for some of Phil's customers to try, the store felt inviting and friendly, I will definitely be back 100%

I placed an order on line hoping to pick it up at my local store however on arrival they said it wasn't going to be delivered until tomorrow.
Possibly my mistake and I read it wrong however store was able to offer alternative product from stock and eventually refund my money.
staff very helpful however return payment took almost 1 week

Dulux Paint
I had struggled to find this paint, my wife wanted the colour for our living room, she was in hospital after having a big major operation, found this paint online at Brewers was delighted paid online for it, collected from the Durham store on my way to hospital in Newcastle. I had living room done by the time she was discharged from hospital, easy to order online and the lady who served me was very pleasant when I went to collect….first class service all round.
