Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have spoken to the local team and understand that the glitch that occurred when ordering meant that the order was received but it didn't push through to the store which meant that they had no paperwork to be able to action the refund which is why it took longer to process than usual.
I'm sorry that it was not as slick as we would like and do hope you reconsider coming back to Brewers in the future.
