Order processed in good time. Delivered to wrong address but because Breathing Spaces was following up separately, and because it dealt with problem so quickly, I could retrieve my parcel rather than waiting for another to be sent or a refund etc.

Good customer service with a professional response from one of their sales people when I had an enquiry on the product of interest.
Item was delivered quickly on order and was exactly as described (not a cheaper Chinese version of what I had received before from another supplier).
If you are paying a high price you expect high end quality, and they delivered. Also the price was a little cheaper than some other suppliers so kudos to them.

Order for two replacement air filters

So far so very good!
Very informative and easy to navigate website and super fast delivery which went really smoothly. Most important of all is the Comfort pro 3 in 1 air purifier which so far we are delighted with. It’s stylish and very quiet. Looking forward to the difference it should make to our asthma and our living space as the weather warms up.
