The worst service I've ever experienced in the UK. After 2 weeks of ordering, my item has not even been shipped. When I asked when they would send it, they didn't even answer my inquiries, they finally cancelled my orders, but there is still no answer. I strongly do not recommend!!!

Hi,
Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your order. This is the first time we are aware of your situation, and we kindly ask you to provide your details so we can assist you properly.
If you had contacted us at help@breakeryard.com, our customer service team would have been more than happy to help. Without your information or the seller’s details, we cannot provide assistance. Leaving a 1-star review for Breakeryard without explaining your situation seems unfair, as we strive to offer the best service possible. This is reflected in our other reviews and our 24 years of experience in the industry.
Please provide the information we requested, and we will gladly work to resolve this matter for you. Keep in mind that our service is free and non-obligatory for anyone in need of assistance.
We're here to help.
Best regards,
The Breakeryard Team

It was good. I was OK. I’m still waiting on a response back to let me know about the motor transmission. I was trying to get a number that I can call to talk to them here in America than the UK.

Alan from Breakeryard was excellent
With regards to me recent review on Breakeryard.com , I want to retract my bad review as there was a misunderstanding on the order and I spoke with Alan at Breakeryard who was a breath of fresh air and fully investigated my order and reassured me all was well and order is on its way and supplied tracking details . I wish to say that Alan has 100% restored my confidence in this company and will 100% deal with this company again and am completely satisfied now.
