Braveheartauctions Arvostelua

Great communication from Daniel, John & Nicola. As this was my first property I'd purchased in Scotland, I was grateful for John's recommendation of Freelands solicitors who also did an admirable job getting the purchase over the line. Thanks to Braveheart Auctions I now own my own little piece of Scotland. Thank you for an effortless transaction.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with both Daniel and Nicola on a purchase. Both have always been on hand to offer help and assistance, promptly dealing with any queries I had and making the whole process a great experience.

I can't recommend Braveheart highly enough and look forward to doing further business with them in the future.

Hi all - I was very pleased with my business experience regarding Braveheart.
Daniel made the sale a stress free and speedy.
There’s few better options than Daniel & Braveheart - the disposal of my property was managed professionally and with a very balanced perspective.well done all, I’ll return to you folks for future disposals.

My first auction property. Braveheart auctions have been nothing less than brilliant .Both extremely professional, and yet friendly and treat you as if you've been long term friends ..I really felt like a gentle hand had led me through the process , with support and recommendations to help in various stages after auction. I would not only recommend highly , but wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future ..A big 5 gold stars from me .

Really pleased with how everything went with Stephen at Braveheart Auctions. He was easy to deal with, kept me updated and was always there if I had any questions.

The whole process was pretty straightforward and stress-free, and I’m really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Stephen and Braveheart Auctions if you’re looking to sell land. Thanks again.

The company auctioneers were spot on .. they were very friendly and professional regarding the transaction of the land sale ... pointing us in the right direction for any queries and solicitors etc ... I would totally recommend this company braveheart auctioneers to any future purchases.......

I had a small piece of land that I needed to sell, and I was a loss as to how to do it as the value was so little. By good fortune I came upon Braveheart Auctions. I first contacted Stephen on 5th August, and by 4th September the auction was successfully concluded and the money in my bank account, and it was substantially more than I had anticipated! What more could you ask?

Had a great experience dealing with Nicola. What a patient lady that is. Purchased a flat in Inverness. Delighted with it. Quick and easy process. I would recommend Braveheart Auctions and especially Nicola.

Selling plots of land in Orkney with 'hope value', yet some have no formal access rights (I was told the various plot holders would have to agree it amongst themselves!)
The properties are supposedly sold at auction, but they never are. I enquired about one, but chose not to take it further as, when I looked at the advert again after enquiring, the price had gone up by about 25%!
Also currently selling a plot on the fairly inaccessible remote island of Egilsay, but all their particulars say it's on Rousay (even though the map shows its correct location!)!
Incidentally that very same plot was marked as sold after being advertised at £15,000 a month ago, but Braveheart are now trying to sell it for £50,000!

I have dealt with Braveheart on two separate occasions - on both occasions selling properties that were not easy to sell. The Braveheart team provided an honest, efficient and hassle free service I would recommend.

Outstanding service from start to finish. So helpful with a really personal service
Highly recommend

Have had fab experiences with Braveheart Auctions, have dealt with stephen for land and commercial property. Everything is always very easy and seamless when dealing with him, hope to continue to use braveheart in the future. Thanks steve

I purchased a flat in Dingwall through auction without ever seeing it in person — only the home report and photos. Buying at auction is always a bit of a risk because you never fully know what you’re getting, but thankfully this one paid off and I’m really glad I went ahead with it.

The whole process was handled really well, communication was great throughout, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a flat in Aberdeen from Daniel, great service, reasonable commissions, easy to get hold of.good communication, would recommend.

I purchased a caravan and site in Ayr from Nicola at Braveheart Auctions. After reading the negative reviews I was concerned however after speaking with Nicola my opinion changed. I am delighted I proceeded with the deal and have even purchased a small flat in Stevenson from her as well... A+ my girl!!!

I deal with Steven in Braveheart Auctions and I must admit the man goes above and beyond in so many ways! Oh and sold my property within hours and that is a record for me 😀

Scammers i bought 2 plots of land to find out i get a call saying they are ready to exchange when my solicitor contacted them they pulled out costing myself and my family £8000 stay clear i will see them in court absolute liars i dont know how they sleep at night thieves.

We had a nice opportunity to purchase a picturesque plot of land where we can come with our family for a picnic, or plant lots of local herbs, or put up beehives. Thank you for this opportunity, service and help.
Special thanks to James
