Helpful Service

I appreciated the helpful customer service from Alfredo Buenavente while placing my recent order. I had trouble uploading the company logo I wanted on the product & Alfredo helped & resolved my problem. I was very happy with the end result (logo bigger than I expected which is great!). Will order from Branders again! (BR85076)

Great service, fast shipping, quality product.

Order #BR84031, Jody Acosta was super friendly, very helpful, and a dream to work with. This is the firth or sixth time we have ordered promotional products from Branders for our dental office, and the quality has always been perfect, product identical to the proof image, and always a follow up contact by Jody to make sure we were happy. Can't recommend Branders highly enough.

Incorrect Spelling

We ordered beach balls to hand out at the lake for fourth of July weekend. After getting the beach balls we noticed the spelling was wrong on the print. I contacted customer service they told me that the artwork we sent was correct but they sent the proof back wrong and we shouldn't have approved it. The best they could do to make it right is give us a $25 credit on our next order on a $135 screw up. Feeling very unsatisfied with branders.com, their customer service, and will never look to them again for our company's giveaways. Order number was BR40798

Grezel was stupendous!

Grezel was friendly and efficiecent and knew the product line. She got back to me with options and solved issues so that my finished product was a lot better than I imagined. I ordered some additional items right away after she sent my a sample. A really good buying experience!

Couldn't Be Happier With Branders Service!!!

Placed an order for Tote Bags for my Niece's wedding on 7-18,
today I received a proof that was not clear on my end. I called the
company and was lucky enough to speak to Yessenia Cisnero.
She immediately sent me an email showing the proof and it was
indeed just what I wanted. One big problem remained, the delivery
date was pushed to 8-5-16. That date did not work for me. I told
her the orig date was 7-28, and that is when I needed them. She
called me back in a few minutes assuring me that they would meet
the orig delivery date! I could not be happier with the service.
Yessenia was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.
Branders should be happy to have her on their staff!

Outstanding Service

I have used Branders in the past and thought the price for the quality and service of their products was excellent. I placed a second order and had and issue, they completely satisfied the order to what I was originally expecting. I have had a great experience both times I have ordered from Branders! All of the items I ordered were exactly the way I desired them. My orders were processed and delivered very quickly with email updates. I would definitely order from them again!
I also received a follow up email from Jody Acosta to ensure my satisfaction. Overall my experience was a great one!

Let me first say that I have had nothing but AWESOME experiences over the last 6 years with Branders. We place 1-2 large promo item orders per year and have used Branders for all of that. Always awesome to deal with, very minimal effort on my part, and the product always shows up as promised and is of good quality!

This time I had a few issues on the front end. It seems as though whoever originally took my order did not listen to my request or misunderstood my request, so the proof came back wrong. That's the whole point of a proof though! I was able to make the change and move forward. Unfortunately, the rep came back to explain the item I had ordered was out of stock until August. Again, not a huge issue, because I was able to switch to a different color that would go out immediately. My only argument with this process is that you have to pay for your order prior to learning of the stock level. That is a bad design. Stock should be checked BEFORE I place the order so I know whether or not I can get what I want! It was always set up this way in the past, so I don't know why things changed.

However, I must say one thing about this entire situation, the rep that ended up handling my order in the end, Ramil Sevilleno, was an absolute rockstar! Took my complaint, promised to handle things appropriately, then handled them appropriately without a lot of hassle on my end, and was able to still get the product to me on time, even after all the delays! I'm talking about handled it with tip-top professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. Absolutely top-notch...cannot say enough about Ramil!

I will definitely continue ordering my items from Branders, and would most definitely recommend them to anyone! Even when things happen (and let's be honest, human error happens!), they are courteous and responsive, and they take care of you! Thanks, Branders, and Ramil, for another great experience!

Very Unreliable - BEWARE!

The product finally received was acceptable as expected. That's where the good news ends. Placed an order for 50 cups to give out at the family reunion on 6/16/16. We were on the phone talking with a sales person while entering the order on the internet, to make sure we had it right. That was the morning of 6/3. He assured us that we had done it all correctly and the additional $100 accelerated shipping would ensure our delivery by the 14th. Our proof was accepted the next morning, the 4th, and went to production department on the 8th.

As I had to leave town (Illinois) for the event on Wednesday the 15th, I decided that I should contact them on Monday the 13th to make sure all was good. I chatted with a customer service rep on the 13th and, after checking, told me all was good and I would have them tomorrow, the 14th.

When the UPS came up empty on the 14th, we called customer service to see what's up and were told that they were in production and "we would have them by the 20th." After a serious discussion and a couple calls, they promised they would have them in our hands in Kansas City on the 16th - the day of the event kickoff. Gift bags with other event items were to be distributed to everyone then. We provided them the new delivery address in KC and crossed our fingers,

In KC on the 16th, NO delivery. But, they did show up in IL!! Phone calls resulted in their promise they would reroute and be in KC on Friday the 17th. In the meantime, the event kicks off without the signature cups.

Mid day on the 17th we get 1 box, half of the order. More calls with promises that the other box is still on the truck and would be delivered yet that day - of course, that didn't happen.

Saturday the 18th brought the well experienced 2nd box with several broken lids. Too late, many of the family members had headed home that morning without cups. Now other family members have their cups and will deliver them "the next time we see you."

So much for customer service promises and follow through - and what about that $100 extra to make it all be fine??

Update - 6/28/16:
Branders has requested my order number which is #BR80476

Update #2 - 7/8/16:
So Branders has had my order number for the past week and 1/2 and NO contact at all. The Order has both my email and cell phone info. Shows how interested they are in their customer.

Update #3 - 7/23/16:
Branders contacted me, apologized for the problems and refunded my expedited shipping costs plus more. It's a fair settlement. Thanks
