Brandability Arvostelua

Thank u for the amazing service Elané and my delivery was very fast.

The service was incredible. I was expecting delivery to take a week and I literally received my order the next day.
The online ordering platform was simple and easy to use.

AAA+ Good product, service and communication.

Good service and quality products

First time order and the service was excellent. Love the way you can do everything online on a portal system they have. Will definitely use them again.

I’ve received the most terrible service from Brandability. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I will never use their business again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will continue to not recommend them to anyone. I placed an order with them and explained to Nate exactly what I needed the gift bags for and what I would be using them for. He sent me an extremely small bag and extremely big bag. When I complained a guy named Stephen from customer service then picked up that Nate was the one who made an error after his investigations. I informed them the order was urgent. They then made me pay again for the order and sent the correct size gift bags for both sizes but all the bags came with the logo off center. They knew the order was urgent and requested that the bags need to be sent back to jhb for inspections. What the hell, the order was urgent and I needed to make use of the off center bags. Now they can’t do anything about it and won’t refund my money. Terrible terrible company. Rather use a company called Brand Innovation that offers the best service and accommodates their customers in every way possible.

Very helpful and fast and efficient service!

I had an urgent order which made me very frustrated but Charity made my life easier she patiently supported me through and through.

Great service and follow-up. The entire team communicated exceptionally well across the whole order process. The final product was also up to standard and delivered at a reasonable price. Will certainly use them again.

Best procedure - from quote to design to delivery - in the market. Reliable. Highly recommend.

Joubert was very attentive and helpful. Once payment was through the creative team was great. Product was delivered prior to the agreed upon date. The product was great!

They send marketing emails without any option to unsubscribe.

I would like to give thanks to the whole team for the best service I have received, keep it up.

looking forward to future business with you.

Always deliver well before the actual time frame

We had an excellent experience with Brandability from beginning to end. Every person involved in the process was professional, helpful, and impressively thorough.

What stood out most was the consistent attention to detail at every stage. Each team member took the time to communicate clearly, confirm the requirements, answer questions, and ensure that nothing was overlooked. The process felt organised, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.

It is refreshing to work with a company where every department maintains the same high standard of service and takes pride in delivering quality work. Thank you to the entire Brandability team for making the experience so smooth and positive. We would gladly recommend Brandability to anyone looking for reliable service, excellent communication, and a team that truly cares about getting every detail right.
