Sent my Surface pro by post on Monday returned Friday. Battery has been replaced which can be tricky. Computer now works fine, very pleased as many other companies would not attempt the repair

Booked a battery replacement on iPad Air 2, got the transit box and prepaid packaging delivered next day (I’m based in Rotherham), sent the iPad off to BrandLab, got the iPad back with new battery installed. The whole process (including postage) took around 4 working days. I was being updated via text throughout the process. And great price too. Really can’t recommend BrandLab enough.
