Major benefit reduction but increase cost
Midway between my annual membership the benefit of including one additional adult for entrance tickets was removed entirely. This major omission devalued my membership and sadly no longer represents good value. Pity!

Membership rises too much
Enjoyed membership for about fifteen years. However Boundless have got too greedy increasing their membership well over the top. Not worth it now, so cancelled my membership.

Withdrawing the plus one membership…
Withdrawing the plus one membership after I had paid for it. The card is next to worthless without it. You should have just raised the price if that was the problem. Now I am not going to renew as I,m sure many others are as well. An own goal.

Gives me the chance to visit Kew Gardens although the year,plus Taking family and friends to The royal palaces for free, also know I have a Art Pass. So many more places to visit and get cheaper insurance. Well worth paying extra for Boundless Plus card

App not very good
I found the app not very helpful- you can't check which retail stores or attractions you can use it in. You also have to sign up for additional emails to get the daily discount- just do it in the app! I haven't really used it.

Lack of information to members
Love using my boundless membership. Shame I was not aware of the feee Scotland free parking for the Scotland nation true until this year. Maybe as am employee I was not eligible but they should have told us about this ad I would have saved money when in Scotland in July.
