Bosch Auto Parts Arvostelua 

I ordered a part and PAID the extra to have it delivered faster, but TWO DAYS after the part was supposed to be in, I find out that they hadn't even shipped from the facility! I have been calling several different numbers given to me by bosch representatives and all of the have told me "they don't deal with that". Ben and William from technical support were very rude and unprofessional. Bosch has got to be the absolute worst auto parts facility I have even had to deal with and I will NOT be using them anymore! Their customer support is just as bad as everything else!

So I bought an alternator for my dodge ram a couple years ago and only drove it maybe 2000 miles call it 3000 to b generous and then ended up parking it needed more work than I could afford atm and we'll I'm fixing it now been a few months now getting it up to par in driveway finally got everything fixed codes all clear I'm happy right I get to drive my truck for 3 hrs and the $@#&ing alternator shit the bed it sat right so I took apart and wasnt really dirty at all but I cleaned it all up and still absolutely nothing their is no reason for an alternator to die that fast and they say bosch is top of the line more like bottom of the barrel from what I see so far I want a damn replacement that works cause I know they wont refund money they are all to greedy hence the parts braking so soon this is ignorant I'm going to post this on every site I can find if they do not come good for it I'm so beeping pissed right now absolutely no need of this

My injectors went out with 10,000 miles on them and they wanted to tell me my warranty is up. I have an 2 year warranty, they just want your money go to dans diesel performance if you truly care for your truck!!

They sell low-quality products and do not want to accept complaints. Stay away from them and don't buy their products. Ask your mechanic whose parts he is installing in your car.
My mechanic installed Bosch brake-system parts for me. After just one (!) loosening of the screw during an oil change, the thread tore. Bosch refused to acknowledge the warranty claim even though only a little over a year had passed. I'm not the only one complaining about such issues with Bosch auto parts. It seams that they produce in India and China whit significant erosion of quality. The problem is that they don't want to admit it and reimburse it.
