Bosch Lawn & Garden Arvostelua 

I recently purchased an Easy
GrassCut 26 for occasional use in a small garden. I chose Bosch because of your reputation for quality and reliability, the Easy Grasscut 26 seemed perfect for me.
However, it does not work! The line continuously jams due to getting trapped on the
spool, the feed length becomes trapped under the line on the spool which pulls tight
thereby stopping the free end unwinding. I therefore have to remove the cover every
3rd or 4th trigger pull to free the line on the spool.
Definitely NOT Easy!
Please advise.

Bought several Bosch garden tools over last 3 years. Hedge trimmer, leaf blower, electric tree saw, and the latest - a Grass strimmer (UniversalGrassCut 18-26).

So far with all my Bosch tools I have been very satisfied. The grass strimmer is really good. I have just developed arthritis, and this tool is lightweight, and very ergonomically designed so that it is easy on the wrists and shoulders. Cuts very well too.

Only gripe I have with Bosch is that it is nigh on impossible to register your tool for the extended 3 year Guarantee. They want an article number and a serial number, my machine has no serial NO and I am not sure where the article NO is . Got that off google in the end. Think I have registered it but not sure. Took too long. Most people would give up. Sort this out Bosch - such a simple process issue is getting you a bad name.

Bosch Indego 1000.

Simpelthen ikke godt design, når et udendørs produkts teknik (printkort) ikke er ordentligt sikret mod vind/vejr/fugt/støv. Dog kunne nye reservedele leveres hurtigt med posten - men det kan alle bestemt ikke finde ud af, og jeg havde gerne brugt 500 DKK på noget andet.

My wife bought Bosch Indego Lawnmower as a present at the start of June. I noticed that in September it didn't look like the grass had been cut. I tried sending it out but it was showing the message Indego disabled. Contacted their support people and eventually it was collected two weeks ago. Contacted them via email for an update to be told that there is a 3 to 4 week leadtime for repairs. You can draw your own conclusions as to why that is.........

Bought a Bosch Total 320 ER electric lawnmower. Tried to find a video on how to put it together. There isn't one for this model so I tried to put it together from the pictures in their booklet. Following their instructions I just couldn't get the upper handles and the lower handles to fit together.Finally realised that the instructions were the wrong way round. Plastic wing nuts have to go on outside not inside. Why can't a company like Bosch get simple instructions correct

I have had my BOSCH INDEGO robot…
I have had my BOSCH INDEGO robot lawnmover, now for 5 years.... I am very glad that I have kept my original gasoline powered as a spare. First two years of warranty period meant included three returns, and at least the good service meant that I got two brand new ones in return, and one time they were able to repair it. However, that should have hinted a big problem for me, and very correct indeed.... I have since then returned it twice with a significant cost incurred (most recent 2200 DKK ~ 300 EUR). The problems are wide spread, malfunctioning display, bad sensors at the front wheels, bad sensors elsewhere, etc etc. HORRIBLE LAWNMOVER THAT BREAKS ALL THE TIME. Not worth buying

Uduelig og inkompetent kunde-service.

Købte for tre år siden en kant klipper samt klinger som har virket upåklagelig. Har nu købt endnu en pakke klinger som er defekte. Kontaktede Bosch kundeservice per e-mail som svarede tilbage "Send dem ind". Ikke noget med adresse eller hvem der skulle betale for forsendelsen. Da jeg ringede til dem for at høre nærmere omkring forsendelsen gik samtalen kun på at jeg brugt dem forkert, at min kant klipper var defekt etc. (100% ansvarsfraskrivelse, det forventer jeg ikke af en tysk virksomhed) Dertil kan jeg sige at jeg har købt endnu en pakke som virker efter hensigtet. Havde bare forventet en erstatnings pakke for dem der var en dårlig produktion.

Er der slet ingen ledelse hos Bosch Danmark.......

I had a Bosch lawnmower for 4 years and the motor burnt out upon contacting Bosch they were good enough to offer me a voucher for 30% off which i thought was a good gesture
However upon ordering a Universal Rotak 550 my trouble began
It was delivered damaged and had to be returned but they couldn't just exchange it for another this was a lengthy process due to various reason and several phone calls to the customer services

i had to wait for 2 weeks before being refunded the money and that was with chasing them up
I sent in a letter of complaint heard nothing chased it up with a phone call still nothing
Not heard since so given up and writing this r
I have several Bosch appliances Dishwasher washing machine and blender and always been impressed with quality This experience has shown me though that they do not care about you as a consumer of their products should something go wrong and for that reason will be giving them a miss on future products

poor customer service. bought a new mover £150. wanted to register online, but impossible. item not listed. i call them. then given another number. Got thru, the operator saud yes we are havign problems. intead of tanking my details over the phone. he wanted my email to send me instructions on a PDF how to register.
What the heck!
I created an account. But then wouldnt let me log in. So i clivked forgott password. 4 hours later i am still waiting for the link. Get you act together Bosch.

Vi købte en indego 1100 for 2 år siden først betalt med installation det er fup og fidus, jeg fik en ekstra pris på 3000 kr ekstra fordi min have ikke er rent kvadratisk(er sjældent for 1000m²), og jeg har været i dialog med bosch, i over 1,5 år fordi den ikke kan finde ud af hvor den er bliver ved med at være uden for begrænsning området fordi de ikke har styr på positionen. efter 1 år og 7 måneder mente de den skulle til reparation nu har jeg fået den tilbage til sæson den har kørt 2 gange så er der problemer igen
Så Bosch eneste løsning har været Reset til forhåndsindstillinger så "mapping" er væk og den starter forfra. Den virker som den skal vil den kan køre i en kvadrat på 5x5m testen er meldingen fra bosch trods den køre fint 500m rund på resten at min plæne. og HUSK at der altid skal være minimum 2 meter mellem forhindring ellers er den alt for fintfølende.

I bought a Bosch Rotak 32R Corded Rotary Lawnmower from Homebase. Opened box and see it is in pieces to assemble - not told this before purchase. Then I see there is no list of components and no assembly instructions. So, get started but have to look at a tiny picture on box and see if can work out which screws go where. Telephone a friend who suggests I look online. I find a video Thank goodness and it is a woman with manicured nails who makes it look so easy. I break one of mine trying to jam something in. Give up trying to push poles into a hole as I do not have the brute force. This needs to be assembled by a man. they should say that on the box and see how may sales they lose. I finally cut lawn and despite having low wheels setting it is not very good. my old Qualcast that died yesterday was better even in its dying days. German engineering? I doubt it. Or if it is it’s not what it used to be. Only positive is it is light to carry.

Ved forårets komme 2019 var maskinen igen defekt.
Bosch oplyser at alt skal udskiftes (motor, printplader mm) pris - det samme som en ny maskine. Tænkt at du overhovedet tillader sig at foreslå dette.

Dette er tysk stabilitet - stabilt ringe og stabil elendig kunderservice.

Very poor. Our second Bosch lawnmower has just gone wrong, I rang Bosch who claim that I never registered the guarantee, although I know I did. Also by the way informed me that I had no registered products despite having registered another Bosch product a few weeks ago. AVOID

Bought a Rotak 34R lawnmower a few months ago when my Flymo packed up suddenly. Frankly one of the worst lawnmowers I've ever had. Bosch might be good with drills, angle grinders & similar but don't have a clue about lawnmowers. Very heavy to push, grass box capacity totally inadequate, no cable anchor on the handle (as every other mower I've ever owned has had), no cable storage & only one trigger handle. Wish I'd stuck with a Flymo!

I bought a Bosch lawnmower for my dad, which turned out to have a fault with it. Bosch arranged to pick up the machine for repair and sent an e-mail later to say that a replacement would be sent withing 2-3 working days. When nothing had arrived a week later, I called them to see what was happening and was told that the e-mail was sent in error and that the machine was currently out of stock. I was also told that a new consignment would be arriving from Germany in about a week's time and that we could expect a replacement a few days afterwards. I said that I would rather have a refund and make alternative arrangements and was told that this would be in order and was given an e-mail address to contact.

Several days later, I was told that Bosch doesn't give refunds and that a replacement would be arriving in 3-4 days (about a week earlier than predicted). When I said that we had already bought a different mower and no longer needed a new one from them, I was essentially told that this was tough, because they "don't give refunds." Even when I pointed out that we had only bought an alternative mower because of advice from the company about the delivery date, there was no change in their attitude.

They even said that the erroneous e-mail about the initial delivery date was automatically generated, and that there was nothing to be done about it, so I would have to live with it.

This company's attitude stinks. Never buy from them.
