Just become a limited company with a lot of concern about the process. Boox made the experience very smooth and hassle free throughout the process. Efficient at what they do, would not hesitate to recommend them. I just wish I had made the move years earlier

First time of using the site and I was able to make use of all the functions with little confusion.

I found signing up and dealing Boox very straightforward. They are very responsive and there are always helpful, real people available to speak to you. The only real problem is that since my first expression of interest, I have been inundated by emails from them. Literally like 3 or more a day. They don't seem to have gotten the process worked out, so they track when someone has moved from trial to full customer, so they can cut out the 50% emails that are just rubbish and allow you to concentrate on the important ones.

This is the first time that I feel that I'm in control of my accounting and is able to see in real time the summary information relating to my incomes and expenditures. The App is versatile and practical and what I was hoping for all the time.
My accountant is very supportive and knowledgeable.

You get your own personal accountant and a great web interface to clock all your expenses, send invoices digitally and a break-down of your income vs expenditure. They even set up your limited company for you without an additional expense. The only minus point is that it is fairly pricey - I am sure there are cheaper alternatives out there, but not to match the level of service and ease of use.

I have been with this company now for 18 months and sadly things have not improved for me, in fact they are so bad now that I am considering contacting the Regional Manager or CEO. They have supplied me with an Accountant (my 4th since I joined) who does not have the competencies or is able to provide safe advice. When each Accountant changed I was not provided any handover and I have been asking this one since October last year to prepare my accounts and still nothing has been produced -having said that it was exactly the same with Accountant no 1! I have complained to the Manager but still been left to deal with this Accountant who is 'clueless' (I am not kidding!). I think they have given me a trainee but this is not reflected in the fee charged...
Other reviews appear to indicate a good service so I am wondering whether it is this particular office/branch? I have received absolutely no advice, no phone calls, no prompts and it feels like they just charge me each month and I have to do all the chasing. I will be leaving that's for sure but not until I have reported this to someone who gives me the confidence that this will be looked into as I don't want anyone else to go through what I have been experiencing - appalling is an understatement.
