Just an update I used Boox back in 2015 and they have replied back today so I await the out come of their enquiry so for now this review will have an open mind til then. Thanks for reading. Update to happen soon I hope.

Better than a chocolate chip cookie, a happy office environment, with exceptionally polite and happy staff.

My first impression was extremely positive, welcomed with a firm hand shake and an offer of tea or coffee.

In a quite aarea we discussed my options an how things would progress.

Despite being terribly close to April, the staff have worked hard to have everything in on time and upto date.

This is the total opposite to my previous accountants who delivered no courtesy what so ever. Never keeping contact or calling to ask me questions in the pursuit of maximising my financial outcome. (BROOKSON).

BOOX has restored my confidence in accounting services!

Boox services made my accounting very easy and straightforward. The online system is superb and the accountants are very friendly and helpful - you always have all the info before you ask for it and therefore all your accounts are safe. The service is a bargain for what they offer and I was very satisfied.

When I started my limited company, I needed an accountant who would be on hand whenever I needed them and who knew what they were doing. Boox was exactly what I was looking for. They were always approachable, professional and helpful and it took a load off my mind. They were recommended to me and I'd recommend them too.

I initially registered with Boox for the purpose of trialling the facilities and found the on-line services were extremely easy to use. I signed up with no hesitation having found the cost to be more than fare and very competitive. Every contact I made with Boox was dealt with immediately and in a very supportive and professional manner. The quality of the documentation clarity for tax purposes was excellent.
When the advisor I was first assigned on registering had left Boox the transfer to another advisor was seamless.
Communication from Boox in news letters was very helpful and informative. They are extremely honest in dealing with you and you can call or email at any time for support or simply advice.

I would and have recommended Boox with no hesitation.

I have always found my Boox accountant, Matt McInnes, to be friendly and approachable. He is also very patient when having to explain things more than once or more sometimes! He always gets back to me quickly if I need any advice. Other staff at Boox when I talk to them are also efficient and friendly. My messages always get put through to Matt.
A specific example of the professionalism and care they give to clients is the recent need to complete the necessary documents for the tax return that had to be completed by April 1st. I was late with getting everything back to them but what was great was that they were really proactive in encouraging me and offering support to get the job done. Thanks to Matt and his colleague Lee Thomas's hard work they managed to coordinate everything to beat the deadline.

It was easy to sign up as a Ltd Company via Boox, they are always available to answer questions. Service with a smile.

As a long term employee under PAYE, I was apprehensive about making the move to Limited Company. The team at Boox were very patient in handling my questions and concerns, and gave me loads of reassurance. A very good start to our business relationship.

My first phone calls with Boox were good, and I received all the information that is needed.

The implementation leaves something to be desired. I have been having difficulties with setting up my business bank account. There is too much back and forth and unclear instructions on what to do, not to mention updates come a while after.

Just this morning, I had issues with my accountant, who took the documents that I addressed and sent in for someone else within the company (to certify them and send to the bank), and she sent them back to me without consulting me first. I am deeply disappointed, because she has just lost me some time in setting up my business account.

So far, I am a cautious customer and will need some massaging before trusting the company fully.

The process with setting up my limited company from start to finish with Boox was handled very professionally, expediently and I was sign-posted to third party companies who also assisted me with setting up my limited company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boox to any other of my colleagues who are looking to become limited companies themselves. The service from start to finish was excellent.

For someone who had no glue about what goes on behind the scene. Boox have been really helpful and patient with me to get everything set up. My dedicated accountant Faye is quick to respond to calls and emails and has a good way of explaining things. I trust her judgement and know that she will do what she can to maximise my income. The on-line portal and app are a great way to manage your accounts and are easy to use. I have only been with Boox a few weeks but so far am very happy with the service and would recommend.

Accounting for a limited company is generally viewed as boring but important - Boox has been brilliant so far and for a fixed fee it combines online accounting and an accountant that is easily accessible by phone/e-mail.

They are an easy to use company nearly everything done online. They aren't very proactive at calling you so you need to keep on top of it. I think this might be because they charge you to call them

They explained everything in full down to the finest detail ie tax what I can claim back and even gave me advice on best way to operate my business and best format to be able to claim tax back on things I buy for the business they set up vat registration and business bank acct which is 2 main things of setting up a business I didnt have much to do to start business they made it so easy for me .

great service provided by the staff at boox accounting. I was a bit apprehensive about setting up a limited company but the staff Boox have been supportive and helped to registering my company for me as well as sorting a business bank account and have given me great advice regarding VAT registration.
