This company is worse than useless! And you are best to avoid at all costs. I placed an order, the delivery date passed, 2 emails and a phone call later and the woman was so rude it was unbelieveable. Attitude indeed! Clearly no customer service, no apology and blamed everyone else! Her solution, cancel my order which was already late.
Keep it up Amelia, your attention to detail and service is something to be desired! 5 stars for rudeness and incompetence!

Terrible Quality and Terrible Customer Service.
Ordered a personalised gift (early Dec) for a friend for Christmas. It didn't turn up until after Christmas, tracking showed it wasn't send until 3 weeks after I ordered it, even though the website said it would be posted within 3 days. When it arrived I was so disappointed in the quality I ended up binning it because after ringing customer services they were so rude to me and refused even entertain the possibly that there was something wrong with the item I received and told me off for ordering a christmas present in December! Wish we could add images on here so I could show you all how crappy the item was, and how ridiculously over priced...

AVOID. I ordered a personalised engagement card on 6th September for my Son and daughter-in-law to be. The card never arrived. I rang to chase on the 20th Sept to be told it was going out that day. I asked for an explanation as to why it had taken that long to go out? Office Manager was abrupt, although apologised, and said she would look into it. Rang me back and backtracked saying it had been posted on the 9th Sept (sceptical). Address was confirmed as correct and asked if another could be sent out as first had not arrived. Was met with rude response that I would have to pay for the second one, which I refused. Was then passed to Director who was down right rude and not interested in giving a customer service or experience. Was told there would be no refund and a charge for second one, albeit slightly discounted, which I declined. No other solution was offered except wait for Post Office to return item as address in their words was clearly incorrect (which it wasn’t). I pointed out that no other company I had ordered from had a problem with the address?? Would not recommend using this company. Feel let down and disappointed in the service I received and paid for a product that will not be delivered.

Great customer service, speedy delivery, amazing quality! Would highly recommend for anyone struggling to find the perfect gift!

Very slow delivery 9 days later no wrapping paper for a birthday present. not dependable. They would better be offering a paid delivery service still nothing

I would avoid using this company. The order I placed was due for delivery on a Friday, which was confirmed at point of payment and in my despatch confirmation. It never showed up. I tried emailing the seller mid-afternoon Friday and got no reply. As it was for a staff leaving party over the weekend, I also tried reaching them by phone and Twitter on Saturday, and they didn't respond to anything. Monday morning I thought they'd contact me, but no. I called them myself and they blithely told me the item was sent 1st class post and therefore I couldn't realistically have expected it to arrive on Friday. When I informed them that their own website advertised this as the delivery time, and also my dispatch email said the item will definitely arrive by Friday, the person laughed. They have completely refused to acknowledge responsibility for missing their own delivery times. I have asked for a refund but so far they are refusing to provide one.
