So glad I found Body Reset. I was trudging through the days feeling sick, sore and drained.
I have lost over 20kg, feel stronger, more mobile and have gained the confidence in myself to continue on to reach my goal weight with a healthy mind and body.
The program provides a personal coach to help you along the way, easy apps that map out the day and extensive information to support you every step of the way.
This has changed my life and I highly recommend

If you want a program that can change your life this is it. I needed to lose weight and get my mojo back. I know around 20 people who had bariatric surgery and only two of them have consistently kept the weight off several years later. People on ozempic/monjaro injections lose weight but put it back on almost immediately they stop. Plus they feel horrible on these drugs. The body reset program is a holistic, life changing program. I have lost 16 kgs over the last six months, my energy levels are fantastic and I am averaging 7 hours of sleep a night which is the best in years. My blood markers have also all improved. I often struggle to eat the number of calories I need daily so I am not hungry on this either. Does it require commitment and some self discipline? Yes, like anything in life you get out what you put in. However, it's not extreme and I was upfront that I am happy with 90-95% adherence to the program and I've still gotten great outcomes. I was sick of being fat and tired and bored but that's changed. My wife recently commented that I am blossoming on this. Most importantly, I have the tools and motivation to make this a life long process because it enhances my life, it doesn't detract from my life. I do, and have, highly recommended this program to family and friends.

I love how body reset incorporates diet, exercise and mindset/psychology in their program. They are continually teaching me about self love and spending time to nurture me through what I put into my body and how I move it and most importantly what I’m telling myself…. We have loved our experience with Body Reset. It has had a huge impact on our overall health and wellbeing. Its so different to the dieting & hardcore training we had previously done. It is a lifestyle change. We don't feel restricted or that we can't live life. The support from our trainer has also been awesome with really great tips and advice and working with us with our tricky schedules. We have learnt so much about our body's needs and love our results! We feel healthy, fit and able to live our best life doing all the things we love now and for years to come!

Body Reset is second to none if you're a Kiwi or Aussie male or female looking to improve your overall health and lifestyle. The programme focusses on 4 key pillars: Mind, Food, Strength, and Sleep, as part of a holistic lifestyle change programme.

The goal of the programme is to help you build healthy lifetime habits that result in improvements in your healh. If you commit, it will deliver: Less stress, clearer head, better sleep, goals oriented, weight loss, strong and less injury prone, and curing of diseases (diabetes, inflammation, allergies, eczema, and much more).

This programme is fantastic. Great coaches, great infrastructure, and a great community. Cost wise it's quite pricey, but you get what you pay for, and it's no more expensive than doing the GLP1 injections, which deliver a much less holistic result.

Don't go into this unless you're prepared to fully commit to doing the hard work. You don't have to do it all at once. Slow and steady is fine, but you do have to commit. If you do, you WILL get amazing results.

Working with Body Reset was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I am a personal trainer and despite a following good eating and exercise plans nothing was working to move the weight associated with menopause. I felt like a fraud and that I should know what I was doing. Body Reset provided fantastic support & key information and provided me with the missing piece of the puzzle that allowed me to lose weight, feel great and get on top of how I was feeling.

This is the first program I've done (and I feel like I've tried them all) that actually works and makes sense and I feel like I have learnt stuff that makes sense and will stick with me for life! You get a full wrap-around service (nutritionist, bloodwork assessment, personal coach, loads of useful food and exercise documents, regular learning sessions across a range of topics, constant guidance and lots of tips and tricks) to help you reach your goal(s). Added bonus is that is a Kiwi-owned company so they reference local products and just "talked my talk". It doesn't just cover food and exercise either - it looks at how you run/manage your life and breaks down what you need to fix across so many areas of your life. The support from the other program participants is also great and you feel like you are part of a team focussed on success. All in all, well worth the money and I feel like a new and younger person, both physically AND mentally because of it! Don't overthink joining, you will not regret it!

I had started putting on weight and really struggling to get through a day due to a lack of energy and poor sleep. Not happy with how I looked and felt I decided to do something about it. Signing up to Body Reset has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, the program has given me the information and tools to be able to turn things around. After 16 weeks I’ve lost 7 kg and still going, getting good quality sleep, fatigue gone , feeling like I did in my 20s. The Body reset coaches and nutritionists are a fantastic team of experts who have supported and encouraged me on my journey. I’m so pleased I decided to give it go.

The program is worth every cent you pay if you commit. The support is next level! I’ve done a lot of online courses and what you get for what you pay is over and above. The team are experts in their fields and are so embracing and supportive.

My husband and I both signed up for Body Reset and it was the best decision/commitment we could have made. In the first 16 weeks we both lost 10kg+ and more importantly changed our mindset towards our health and our future. My husband was able to come off his high blood pressure medication and we both got our energy and mojo back. We have the tools we need to carry on this journey in a very sustainable way and reap the benefits into our (hopefully very) old age.

Lost 12kg in the 16wks of the Body Reset programme. Frozen shoulder is now fixed. I spent years at the gym with very few weight loss results. I’m now stronger, have increased energy, my posture and sleep have improved. Recipes are great, family friendly and able to customised to suit. Help is available if you ask. Really down to earth team, fantastic coaches and nutritionists. Such a great outcome I joined mastery. Worth the money.

Got largely what I was looking for, a true reset in my health and new approach to week-to-week living. Coach Kereru was great as was the increased knowledge around blood testing/results. Worth a go.

I love that Body Reset is a holistic programme and can was tailored for me and my goals. I have really felt the difference in mood, energy and mobility. I am excited to continue my journey to become stronger, fitter and healthier with the skills I have learnt in this programme.

I remember doing my usual scrolling through rubbish on social media and there was a very casual matter-of-fact interview with a guy that was talking about his journey with Body Reset. He talked about how he had low energy, was unfit, generally struggling with keeping on top of things and how BR gave a him the mechanism to not just "lose weight" but to change his life for good. What hooked me was it wasn't some super ripped hyped up person telling me I could be better with "5 simple steps".
I reached out and signed up to the initial 16 week programme. I committed and followed the instructions to the letter and made some massive progress in weight loss, strength, mental health, and energy. It was the amount of people that were commenting about how good I was looking that really surprised me. My confidence came back and I made even more life style changes.
I moved into the Mastery Programme which works with you to embed the long term life time habits.
There are ups and downs but you always feel as though your moving forward.
The structure and the people have worked really well for me and I think would for any busy professional

In 6 months, I've gone from out-of-shape (bursitis, beginning frozen shoulder, insomnia, gut issues, out of breath walking up a flight of stairs, lethargic, weekend binge-drinker) to walking my first multi-day hike in years with ease! Several kgs lighter, fitter, sleeping well, gut health improved, stress levels reduced, better-informed about nutrition and movement and just feeling great!

The program is individualised based on your needs/where you're at and is paced in a way that you build new habits in achievable and sustainable steps. Nothing is rushed and unattainable. The amount of information and support is incredibly helpful. Access to a coach, a nutritionist, online lessons, regular meetings.. mountains of guidance and education to get you on track and keep you there. Lovely people, no restrictive diets or intense workouts... Highly recommend!!

Body reset has been great for me. I love the whole life approach across mindset, nutrition and exercise.
So much information, past on/released to clients in a great format that enables you to build from each piece of new information. Ive been part of this community for 18months now.

I was tired of being tired! I had sat on the fence for a while listening and watching Olly. I was pretty fit as a runner, long hours running a business and burning out repeatedly. This program has taught me so much about food as a fuel, building strength with a focus on my health and sleep. In 3 months, it changed my energy levels, dropped off 6 kilos and eating more, feel great, more energy and a better runner. Don't sit on the fence for too long like me, it will change your life for the better

Didn’t work for me.

Although the structure and ideas behind the programme make sense, it was overall a disappointing experience and did have little to no noticeable effect on my health.

I had expected more customised coaching for the amount of money paid. The short monthly catchups with an online coach and info sessions didn’t provide the level of coaching I had expected and I found my coach not very engaged and proactive, had expected much more customisation, focused advise, tweaking of nutrition etc.

Although very motivated and trying to follow the programme to the letter, I experienced the programme as constricted, sometimes narrow minded (eat exactly this, do exactly that exercise), which imo doesn’t help embedding things longer term.

Because the programme tries out cutting out certain foods (gluten, lactose, sugar, alcohol) I can see how it would work for people that find out their gut/health is indeed affected by these foods, but not the case for me. And of course exercising daily, hydrating and eating healthy will have a positive effect on your health but didn’t need this programme to tell me that.

Found the app and coordination clunky and confusion (eg several training sessions scheduled at the same time, parts not opened up in time, little to no interaction).

Body Reset has been just what I needed to help me loose the extra kgs and get my health on track. I love the fact that it's individualised to each of us based on our bloodwork and health. I've never felt like "just a number" my coach and nutritionist are always there with a response to any questions and have great ideas to help.
