Great Customer service

Amazing customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock & they chose the replacement for me with something similar instead. They rang to let me know & where so helpful. Definitely buying from here again. Beautiful items in stock. Great service. Didn’t feel like a number. Prompt delivery. Highly recommend you shop from here.

Best online shopping experience

I’m very pleased with shopping at Bode Living.
My ceramic mugs went through lot of customs and arrived in perfect condition on time.
And also hand written personalized note just warmed my heart.
Thank you so much!

Great shop, and amazing customer service

Great shop, beautiful furniture and amazing customer service. There was a slight issue with one of the items I ordered (absolutely no fault of the owners, just a particularly rough delivery man), but James and Jen took it upon themselves to sort that out, really going the extra mile. Thank you so, so much - I'm already in love with my new sideboard!
