Navy jumpsuit. Great quality and fit. Can be dressed up or down to suit occassion.

The quality of the clothing is very poor. 2 of the 3 dresses oordered dont have adjustable straps so im going to have to fix that. One dress is longer on one side than the other and that is not a design feature. One is very scratchy fabric. I guess you get what you pay for.

Received 2 pairs of balloon/genie trouser on Saturday. Black pair had a tag green pair nothing! Incredibly creased so washed them to avoid ironing! When I went to get them off the line the black pair had an amazing finish. The green had loose threads, and a hole. I messaged the store and am awaiting a response! I’m gutted as I don’t buy from Facebook posts and trusted the Essex ladies!! Hope they rectify this issue. Clearly I received returned trousers Hense no tag, the bad finish and hole!

Always good quality and delivered on time

Recently bought some trousers for a holiday. Tried them on, loved them so ordered more. Wore the orginal pair once, put in wash and they're already falling apart. Holes and stitching coming a part. I contacted company but have had no response.

Annoyingly I have another order of these same trousers on the way.

I ordered a top but it was too big. I returned it on 2nd June and have not had any updates or a refund yet. I’ve emailed them twice, and they answered saying it is still in transit? The ema also said I’d have to wait another 7 days after, if, they receive it, while the website says 7 days before processing a refund. So sick of websites like these. Will not be ordering anything from them again

Item I ordered was out of stock. I had also purchased a second ‘make the postage worthwhile item’ which they had shipped prior to notifying me about the primary garment.
However, they honoured their agreement and refunded postage for return of the add on item. Communication was clear and prompt. I could not have asked for more from a distance seller.

Nice trousers , colour as expected. Size correct and lovely quality.
