The pool installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. The contractor was diligent in explaining what was needed to properly maintain the pool. Over the past 6 years they have been prompt and thorough in providing any replacement parts that have been needed. My extended family has enjoyed the pool very much. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools.

Love my pool when it works. Customer service is the absolute WORST, RUDEST customer service ever. If I had known how horrible their service was I would never have bought from them. They even tried to bribe me with a 250 credit for a 5 star review but after ordering my item I never got it and they refused to refund my money. Thieves.

I have no idea how they have a 4.5 rating. Im so glad I never got to the point of purchase. I changed my plans to have an estimate at my house only to be ghosted. Not only that they have a bad way of handling phone calls. I was transferred to a person who said they can't transfer to where I need to go and to call back. I called back and they stated I didnt need to call in as I have been confirmed. I received another phone call minutes later to be put on hold for confirming my appointment. with all of this going on for over an hour they end up not showing up. yeah you can quit calling me because I will never use you. Id rather swim in the sewer.

When I spoke to the Sales representative i was told that buying this pool will safe me all the problems i will get by getting it local but instead i have being making payment for more then 5years and not even have way paid off i call for warranty that was suppose to be cover turn out not true they want more money and high label cost in a way im left to who knows how many payments more and with a pool that i cant even use nothing is cover how they avertice with a life time warranty and never have to worry about anything in my pool lies all lies
