good shopping. caters for clothings. beauty. toys. skincare. you can find most stores here.
depends on the time of day and festivities, it can be quite busy. good sitting areas, designer shops are located in same area.
shopping is easy to access. parking available all around the shopping mall in various parking zones. toilets are easily assessible.
staff.... cant find them around unless at customer service. maps available in leaflets and there are stationary stands at the end of each floor.
prices can be slightly higher than regular shops but can also be cheaper as well. it depends on what offer the shops have. there is security around the mall and you notice them too.

clean. neat. shout out to their cleaners and janitors too.
quite a large area to walk. good for kids that love walking or running around. there is a sandy play area outside the mall. there are ducks.

Jones bootmaker Bluewater, i feel bad for the staff working there as a white haired man in colourful button up shirt who was constantly yelling “anyone free” in the middle of the floor with a large group of people shopping whilst never actually coming back with anyone’s shoes and leaving the poor girls with 4+ customers each. Left store unhappy.

Gift card expired a few days ago, but concierge desk couldn’t add time on, (to be fair they guy at the desk did try to help) but was told to contact EML and they would be able to help. Nope! They refused to refund or transfer onto another card. This was for a gift for my daughter and as we had building works done, misplaced the card. Now found it and it looks like it expires on the 19th of this month. EML hiding behind Bluewater refusing to help. £70 in their pockets. Will never get a gift card from their again- Avoid!

Bluewater is one of the biggest shopping mall and making a big loot from the public. What a shame Bluewater management taking money from public in the name of terms and conditions.
Before my Bluewater gift card was expired went to concierge and I was assured by the team that the card can be renewed and now they said it is expired I cannot use it. Just by couple of days and my money which is gifted by all hard work is expired and cannot be used. How money in the card be expired? Management is looting us. I would request and recommend everyone to not to buy Bluewater gift card🙏🙏

Received a £25 Bluewater gift voucher which was valid for 1 year however I emailed 5 days after expire date and asked if it could be extended a further 2 days and I will redeem then. Customer service refused to honour this and responded with “As a business some of our income is generated when part or all of the Gift Card balance is unspent past the expiration date.” It is disgusting for a large company to be keeping money from people especially when it had only expired by 5 days. Customer service also added a very patronising comment at the end of their email which said “I would like to point out that in the vast majority of cases, the full balance is spent within the first three months following the purchase of the Gift Card.”
Very shocked and appalled.

It is a massive shopping centre , A huge marks and Spencer’s , big parking spaces and beautiful surroundings

Gift voucher expired by a week, received during covid as a wedding gift. They would not honour it even though we had covid so couldn’t get out to spend it. They keep telling me the pandemic is over and bluewater has been open as usual. Try working for the NHS and saying that, as I do. Really disgusting to treat anyone this way. Avoid buying bluewater gift cards at all expense!

This company is a scam. I ordered the size I always wear In shoes and their item runs small and the just said, no refund, you can give them to a friend😡

Still keeping their high standards. Also good to see that the security look like professionals rather than cleaners when they previously wore scruffy tabard. Also noted that there is more seating around for when you want to have a rest.

Gangs of kids swearing running around using the centre as a playground ...but wait security arrives ...they look share a a joke then move on ...thank god for security lol

Usual Pikey Bentley Bentago (Jessie no plate) driver today parked in Disabled Parking outside John Lewis car park. No badge displayed. We have badges and special parking spaces for a reason! Not for a lazy hedgehog nosher to use if not disabled.

Hope they got a parking ticket?

Today 10 Dec. Again a lot of people not wearing masks! Whole families mum dad 2 or 3 kids not one wearing masks. A girl on Givenchy perfume stand not wearing one, Interacting with a lot of people, spraying them with perfume and covid?
Seemed to be a lot of police there today for some reason, although they are not enforcing mask wearing. I thought you could get fined as it's a requirement now?
So why bother putting the big signs outside telling us to wear masks?

Several people in centre not wearing face coverings. Guess making money more important than health.

Voucher expired during lockdown.
Has taken me 6 weeks of emails for them to deny extending the date of the gift vouchers approx £80.

Bluewater management obviously don’t think coronavirus protocols are anything to do with them!
Hardly anyone wearing masks or using hand sanitizers. No sign of any of their cleaning teams.
When I spoke to several different shop staff who were ALL WEARING MASKS, they all said Bluewater say it’s not their job to encourage mask wearing etc!
Keep yourself safe and if you are vulnerable I suggest you definitely don’t shop there.

Always somewhere to park. Not sure if the CCTVs work.
The place is kept very clean and with cleaning gel stations that are filled and not empty at every entrance, lifts etc it helps you feel safe and that it is clean.

Very convenient and a good selection of shops that cater for small and large pockets without deteriorating on attracting a poor quality of people (eg some high streets full of betting shops).

The nail bars, eyelash bars do cheapen the place but they’re not prominent.

Do not like those stalls in the middle of the floor especially when they have heavy selling sales staff. You feel accosted.

I highly recommend shopping in Bluewater. However do avoid at Christmas. There’s no where to park and it’s packed usually. I hope COVID might discourage people from congregating this year.

A great and safe place to shop during this time of Covid feel safe with plenty of staff on hand to insure people are sticking to the facemaks and distancing rules. Wide range of shops and restaurants easy to spend the whole day here

Received a gift card which I had only partially used due to Covid, and as they won't extend the time on it I had to brave a trip wearing a mask. None of the shops can tell you how much balance is left as you spend so it's a pain to use. Last store before closing (JD Sports) cashier was rude & unhelpful as we went down in multiples of £10 until we hit a balance. Back home went online to check remaining balance and there's still £9 left on it that I won't get to spend before it expires. Wouldn't recommend the Bluewater gift card I'm afraid, I found it stressful trying to use up the balance before expiry & shops ask you how much is on it rather than being able to swipe the card & tell you (as with most other gift cards I've had in the past). If you're planning on getting someone a Bluewater gift card, think twice. It should make for an easy shopping experience but that certainly wasn't the case.

Customer service desk staff rude asked if there was a sony store told. Me has worked there 4 years and there was no store. When I mentioned it stated on Google that it listed one. He responded by saying (well Google lies) No effort made to offer any further help. And totally dismissed me carrying on looking at the computer.

A digusting individual who lacks any customer service skills

Bluewater proactively excludes those with well documented conditions who cannot tolerate music. It is blaring out from all directions. The management should get professional guidance on how to accommodate all visitors to Bluewater. I e-mailed the Bluewater management some time back, but the music is now louder than ever. If you like going to pop concerts you will like Bluewater, but if you need peace and quite to collect your thoughts when shopping stay well away. John Lewis and Waitrose remain islands of sanity - their management knows music can drive customers away.
