Very grubby
Very grubby. With all the online promises as to the extra measures taken to ensure the houses are cleaned to higher standards, I was very surprised to see the poor cleanliness standards in the house I was in, would have hated to have seen it before the additional measures. There were sweet wrappers under sofa, used cotton buds and crumbs clearly visible down the side of the sofa, cobwebs everywhere, not just over night cobwebs, ones that had clearly not seen a duster for weeks or months. Used glass on the draining board, food stuff not cleaned off kitchen surfaces properly. Spent a morning vacuuming so the kids could sleep without worrying about the webs and cleaning the kitchen. Just generally dirty in areas not immediately obvious on first inspection. Made me feel uneasy as to whether the main centre areas were the same so steered clear and just went out and about around Pembrokeshire.

NOT Trust Worthy - No refund yet
We have booked a holiday and then due to Covid-19 we cancelled the booking its been more than 2 months, still haven't received the refund yet, please be aware. I will not again from them, hopefully, will get the money back soon

Not Had Refund
Holiday got cancelled due to Covid which I totally understand but still not had refund after a month! Friends who have booked with other operators had no issues getting money back within a week so not sure why Bluestone can't? I have emailed few times and just get told be patient! Very annoying and certainly would not recommend
