Great company! Highly recommended :)
Easy transaction, fair pricing and excellent quality products. Ordered 2 brushed brass Linkware Bidet Sprays and 2 brushed brass Linkware Dual Mini Cisterns back in June 2023 (Delayed review I know lol). There were delays due to the manufacturer but the whole ordeal was a pleasant one due to Donna’s customer service. I received phone calls, text messages and emails to keep me up to date and answer any questions I had. They genuinely wanted to provide the best customer service they could and they succeeded. Definitely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with online. Thank you Donna and please pass on my thanks to your team :) Aaron

Excellent service- very happy
I've made two purchases with this company. On both occasions my phone call was answered promptly, the delightful staff determined the availability of the product and advised me. One product I was able to collect in a few hours, the other was on back -order. When it was in stock, I was contacted and arranged to pick up. Very helpful and personal service.

bought 4 fans which were the wrong size, kept one because I opened the box and returned 3.
I was told I would need to pay the postage....however, this company held back $100 from the refund, more than regular postage. Their company postage would have cost between $30 and $40.

We genuinely regret the inconvenience you experienced with your recent purchase and return. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is unwavering, and we apologise for not meeting your expectations this time.
We understand your frustration regarding the discrepancy in the refund amount. Rest assured, we carefully considered all factors, including the discount applied to your original order, influencing the final refund amount. We acknowledge the confusion that may have arisen regarding the amount you outlined receiving versus what was refunded.
Additionally, we recognise the condition of the returned fans was not optimal for resale. Despite this, we made an exception to proceed with the refund to accommodate your situation to the best of our ability.
If our communication during the return process was unclear, we sincerely apologise. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to improving our communication and transparency regarding our return policies for all customers going forward.
