Good Service.
I find the service in store, very polite and friendly. The products are good quality, plenty to choose from. Price is good. I would definitely be returning my custom there.

Very poor online and no existent customer service
A company that should be diagnosed as Bipolar. I shop in the Blue Inc stores on a regular basis and they are great, always a good range, good stock levels in a range of sizes and the staff are always helpful. Now the online store, it might as well be a different company.
I have places two orders with them online, both times they have failed to delivery in the given time frame. The most recent one has lead to this review. I was looking for some new clothing for a night out and I was unable to get to the store due to work commitments so I ordered online. Much to my delight I found if you order before 3.00P.M you can get next day delivery. So I placed my order at 2.30PM and paid the £5 upgrade to next day delivery.
I waited in for the delivery the next day and nothing turned up. No email or phone call from Blue Inc to let me know the items where not coming as promised. I E-mailed them to cancel my order as I had to go else where to purchase the clothing instead and I heard nothing back from them. Then this morning 5 days after I placed the order I receive an e-mail telling me my order has been dispatched.
Stay clear of the online service they offer its very poor, stick to the store.
