REALLY ??
In what world do you receive an order for 13 shirts and send the order with 5 shirts MISSING ?? Only in Bizzaro world and Blank Apparel that’s where !
Are there no adults or anyone who can count to 13 employed here ?
This was my FIRST and LAST order from this outfit and I want the missing shirts NOW !!
Ordered $1644 worth of shirts--one color in one size not available so they did not ship anything. Their policy is they won't ship anything if the entire order is not available. I was on vacation (per my out of office reply) and come back to not one shirt arriving and a tight deadline missed. Asked for manager, kid on the phone wouldn't put me through kept saying manager was unavailable (which was a lie). Called back asked for manager (got right through) she said it's the "policy" and would not compliment rushed shipping. Sad when people are in a job with zero empowerment--we will be ordering bulk like this several times a year and will be going elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!
We ordered 10 hoodies from this company a few months ago (November) and when we finally had the order arrive, we noticed that they did not put the correct order in, we asked for 5 large, 2 small and 3 extra large hoodies, and we received 5 large and 5 extra large... when we contacted the company they bluntly told me "you should have checked the box when it came in" and told me there was "nothing they could do to fix it" HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!
