Blak Nektar Arvostelua 

Bought an Aeropress coffee maker which is excellent, it was ordered on a Sunday and delivered Wednesday morning - excellent service and best price available with free delivery

I signed up to BlakNektar's discovery subscription where I'm supposed to be sent a rotation of coffee beans. Two months in and I've got the same beans each time, and they were roasted 3-4 weeks before delivery which is very long considering the price. I'll probably go with a well-known competitor next as they're cheaper and friends have had beans arrive 2-3 days after roasting.
I've contacted BlakNektar twice now via the contact form & email, no reply. What's also annoying is the subscription doesn't show up as a direct debit or standing order so I'll have to ring the bank to cancel it.

Pros - pretty packaging.
Cons - everything else.

No customer service at all! My parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, totally different area. No reply from supplier, no help with investigation. Parcel

Ordered a Moccamaster for a very good price, was dispatched and delivered very promptly.

Great price and delivered promptly. Was missing an item from the order, this was promptly resolved with great communication. I would recommend!

I ordered an Aeropress at the best price I could find on the internet. It came securely packaged and very swiftly. Can't fault the service.

We love the Aeropress coffee maker but obviously that is down to the awesomeness of the Aeropress and has nothing to do with Blak Nektar. We ordered it in December, they started nagging us to write a review in December, but it wasn't delivered until January. They are still nagging us to write a review and it is now nearly the middle of January. So I don't have any complaints about Blak Nektar but I wouldn't say that they were anything out of the ordinary, either. Just average.

Avoid blak nektar, espresso warehouse and there parent company matthewalgie!!! Tried tobuy rancilio Silvia and grinder, no delivery for two weeks, never respond to emails but phone works, got my money after three weeks of calling every single day, called Matthew Algie simply refuse to give any help.
A ligit company but totally unprofessional, unorganised,

Withdraw my avoid comment but be careful.Avoid this company. Non existent customer response .Non delivery of order placed in November.

Still waiting for an order but now the website doesn’t even work so looks like no order for a present and not sure how I can claim the money back. I am going to speak to the bank.

Received the wrong order, let them know. said they’d pick it up and replace, never heard from them then messaged again a few weeks later and was told their system was down… never heard anything since. Terrible customer service.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Ordered some coffee beans almost 2 weeks ago, still haven't arrived and not responding to my emails. Number on the website isn't even for their business, it's for a differen't company called espresso warehouse that seems to deal with their orders. Whole thing seems very dodgy...

Complete Spam Company.
Placed an order on Wednesday 10th November via the Black Nektar online shop.

Emailed them on Tuesday 16th November as I had not received a dispatch email. Kerry Brown replied and said the order was shipped on Tuesday 16th. I have yet to receive this order.

I contacted them again on Tuesday 23rd Nov, Thursday 25th Nov and Friday 26th Nov all with no response.
