Blacks Yeovil

I’ve shopped in Blacks in Yeovil for several years. The staff, particularly Hazel, are always very helpful and professional. It’s a pleasure to visit the shop.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful

Kelly was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about all the different hiking boots, and so helpful.
She had to get out masses of pairs in differing sizes but was cheerful and happy all the time.
Brilliant service in every way.

Great experience!

Didn't get the staff member's name but she was very helpful, without pressure, and as a result I got what I was hoping to buy! So good to be able to try a variety of footwear in an actual shop rather than wasting time online, great prices too, very competitive. Thank you number 006 on my receipt, whoever you are!
