Excellent company to deal with!
I placed my order over the Christmas holidays but as soon as the company re-opened it was dispatched on their first day back. I have used the company previously and so was aware that their customer service was excellent.Very happy with item, packing and service in general...still an excellent company to deal with as they were several years ago!

The laptop you selected does not have touchscreen and it cannot be upgraded to a touchscreen. If you would rather return the laptop for a refund, I would be happy to process this for you. We are back on the 4th January so feel free to give us a call if you would like to proceed with this.

There should be instruction mannual with the computers. Itsaid it will be windows 11 but its windows 10 and web camera not working.

The website has an option to select Windows 10 or Windows 11. I have just checked the order and it was placed with the Windows 10 option. If you wish to return it we will install Windows 11 for you free of charge.
We test the webcam and microphone prior to dispatch. Once we return from our Christmas break, I am happy to link to the laptop remotely and check this out for you. Alternatively, you can email us and I will do my best to help you over the Christmas period.

Ordering was easy online and item was despatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the wrong power cable was supplied. This was quickly resolved after I contacted them by email. I would have given 5 stars if not for this mix up and I feel their response to my email deserves 5 stars also. The computer I received looks in perfect condition with no scratches or dents and is working well.

As regards Microsoft Office - it is not something we supply and we have never claimed to. We do offer at the point of purchase to supply the system with Open Office, which is a free office suite and is fully compatible with MS Office. These guys have saved my boys Xmas. I was building a first gaming pc for my youngest son. The motherboard I had did not support the cpu I had. I put out a cry for help and these guys helped straight away. I popped down to them and they gave me a compatible cpu. I could not be more thankful and so glad I’m now aware you guys exist. My gaming rig decided to blow it's…
My gaming rig decided to blow it's motherboard and computer was in constant boot cycle, fans spin on then off, and no boot up to windows. They replaced it with a new higher spec motherboard and have my gaming rig back in working order. Highly Recommend.

Top notch company.
