I bought a watch from this site, the communications were first rate and the watch arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't quite right (it had been bought as a gift), but Scott accepted the watch back and refunded immediately without any hassles or questions. Bought a 1974 Caravelle Ladies watch, for a very good price, from Birth Year Watches. Unfortunately the watch movement stopped working in transit which is easy to forgive in a 49 year old watch. Even though the watch was one of the cheapest on the site, Scott treated me like a premier customer who had bought a top end luxury watch.
