Birthday in a Box Arvostelua 

I purchased some cups (12) and received only 1. I would not have brought 1 cup for $16.99 when everyone else is charging $26.99 for 12.

I received my order in a timely manner and in great shape

My items were damaged and I try to reach them for an exchange, never heard back from them

Came in when it said it would! And looks just like the picture! Will be a repeating customer!

I had made an order on November 14 and still have not received it. Today is December 4.

My unicorn piñata was damaged when I received it. I have emailed and message on Facebook about it because I need a refund but I haven’t had any response from either.

I didn't receive my whole order and filled out the customer service form. No one got back to me or emailed me at all. I guess I'm just out my money now. Can't speak to anyone.

I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

I sent back some items. Microphone in web said 12 ocs. I just got 1.
Letter balloons one of them was open not even a bag. (Letter I)

Timeliness of shipment good. Disappointed with the lollipops as they are impossible for me as an adult to open nevertheless for a child to open.

Did not receive several items from my order.. reached out several times and no response yet.

My order was wrong. I didn’t get some of the things I ordered and was sent things that I didn’t order and that I have no use for! I’ve emailed customer service a week ago, and have yet to hear from anyone! Very disappointed!!!!

I was very hesitant ordering from a company I’d never heard of, Anyway I order some items since 3rd November 2022 got a confirmation number which try using but didn't work. I email them about ten times since i made my order and not even a response from them about my order, I call no answer, but the money was removed from my card today 18th day of November 2022 I still haven't receive any package or answer from them pertaining to my order. I would not even refer anyone to this website.
