Imagine being able to ask questions that you feel you should know the answer too but you don’t. Imagine having a sounding board to share your financial thoughts. Valuable beyond words. Coaching adds so much more for Employers and their Employees.

I’ve been using Bippit for a little while now and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. The app itself is easy to navigate and helped me get a clearer picture of my finances, which was something I had been putting off for ages.

The biggest benefit for me has been the one-to-one coaching. My coach explained things in plain English rather than using complicated financial jargon, which made it much easier to understand what I should be focusing on. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me improve my financial situation rather than just giving generic advice.

It’s also been helpful from an educational perspective. I’ve learned a lot about budgeting, planning ahead, and thinking more long-term about money. The support makes financial planning feel much more approachable.

Also, Bippit has great digital tools, hosts seminars and generally provides lots of useful information and tips to make money work harder.

I've never spoken to a financial coach before and when my company offered this benefit I was curious so I decided to sign up for my first financial coaching session. It was a very novel idea for me to speak to someone in this field about my relationship with money.

Whilst initially skeptical about what value I could gain from this session, I was quickly proven wrong. My coach gave me new angles and also straight facts. I was thinking of the Lifetime ISA to make use of the extra incentive, but the coach correctly pointed out other caveats, asked about where I was thinking for my 1st house purchase and got me thinking further about my original plans/assumptions.

It's been a company benefit I am very thankful to have access to and I only wished I had access to something like this in my first job - would have made some big life questions easier to solve.

The company I used to work for brought Bippit in as an employee wellbeing benefit and it was one of the best platforms I've ever used. In particular I had a lot of anxiety around mortgage rates going up and how I could best manage this and my coach was able to give me some guidance to help me make the right decision.

I also love their monthly webinars and the weekly Bippit breakdowns which cover off all the latest financial news in an easy to read format.

Absolutely love Bippit! They've helped me set realistic budgets/goals, speak to someone who knows what they're talking about, and reduce any anxiety I initially had around finances.

I have found having access to a financial coach extremely useful, pointing me in directions I hadn't explored previously and feeling accountable to take action.

I really like the concept of their services and the ethos of the company. I'm all about employee wellbeing at the moment, so being introduced to Bippit I'm excited to see how they can facilitate not just myself but my future employees. It's so helpful to have a finance professional on hand whenever I have any thoughts / questions about by investments, pension, or savings. Once you're In the app you get assigned to your own coach. Mine was Chelsea. And she was super helpful straight off the bat, explaining things clearly without any jargon or nonsense. She also helped me get set-up on the platform properly to track my savings. It now feels like everything is nicely organised and I can see all my accounts in the app. Hopefully more business will wake up and start offering this sort of employee perk soon, as I can see it being helpful for pretty much everyone.
