I called Biotivia before ordering mostly to ask questions about the delivery. I was curious why the shipping was $47. I was told it was temperature sensitive. I go the impression I was was going to be an early adopter of a new product offering in 2014 of NAD+ sold as MitoTrans. I ordered 2 months months supply for a total of $1000. Not a cheap price for me but I wanted to try it. I Did receive the package promptly. It came in a foam box with ice pack. The printed material that came with the order was very unprofessional and unimpressive. It looked like research notes. I followed the directions for using it and It didn't work. I didn't feel any better. I then Found the same product sold by other vendors for less than 50 dollars without the fancy packaging. I felt duped. No one at Biotivia ever asked me for customer feed back.

I've been using BIOQUENCH, BIOFORTE and BIOSPAN daily for about two years. My friends and new acquaintances often comment on how young I look and how much energy I have for a fifty year old man. I admit I've always looked young and had a lot of energy, but that was starting to change as I got older. When the gray hairs started sprouting and my energy level started dropping, I figured it was time to be more serious about my supplements and then found Biotivia. Over the last two years I've noticed that my energy level has stopped declining, and even the number of gray hairs sprouting slowed down.

Also, the people at Biotivia have been very responsive to my communications, and very accommodating to my requests. I recommend this company and their products to anyone who's serious about their health.

Not sure what has happened with your points system. Also, every time I tried to get a particular product (the probiotic) it was always out of stock. I had plenty of points for it but that didn't matter seeing as I couldn't get it :(

I have automatic reordering in place every 60 days for 60 pills. I have been a customer for years, and I've been ordering the same product for years as well, yet every time a packaging changes (they can only ship 2 bottles of 30 pills, or one bottle of 60 pills) I have to go through the process of placing the order again as my entire reorder that has been in place for years becomes canceled. Unacceptable.

I like your products, especially the Resveratrol, I stopped buying because the price increase or the lack of offers related to my favourite products, plus I found your site too commercial nowadays

Biotivia has always been a huge benefit not just to myself but to our dog named Scout. We give him Biospan Pet and he has never aged a day since we got him because of it! Yes I mean that!

I have a standing order for a regular shipment with Biotivia for years. They have always shipped promptly, have never played any games to "upsell" the bi-monthly charge, and on the one occasion when I had a small problem with a shipment, their customer service was excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to any potential customer.
